Mary Jane at the front desk was a delight. Very knowledgeable about the area.
The rooms were clean. We were in a double suite. However, it was all one room (couch right next to the beds), so a little tighter on space than other suite hotels.

Problem was there was no hot water for a shower in the morning. The desk clerk mentioned 40 sport team members took a shower that morning leaving us in the cold water.

This is an immaculate hotel. Very clean rooms, entrance, pool. Helpful staff, close to amenities, and only a 15 min walk to Penn Statw University. Will definitely be booking here again.
