There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

Close to the shopping mall, restaurants and steps away from subway station. A really good choice for a Canton Fair visitor, would certainly stay again.

Special thank you to Front Desk staff at Grand International Hotel，they are very professional and friendly. check in and check out is very fast and efficient, they also sent me a very nice and beautiful gift with best wishes. This is the first time I stay in Grand international hotel， the room is comfortable and warm. I liked the restaurant on the first floor, which was good and delicious with lots of Canton food, also the price was good. hotel is far away from Metro station，while it is very convenient to book a car or taxi in hotel by door man. Hotel has a gym, and an outdoor swimming pool which is closed in the Winter. The Spa is also perfect, I recommended it if you have time to step in. I never see a bar here but the lobby bar was quite and good for us to meet the suppliers here with some coffee and tea. I definatly will come back if I have business in Guangzhou

Room: fair to good - clean, spacious, good lights, hot and strong shower water, standard bathroom amenities, lots of Chinese channels on IPTV Breakfast: fair to good, limited variety but ok tasting - 1 small table of assorted bread/pastries, 1 type of meat (tasty fried chicken pieces), 1 type of noodles, Chinese salad, hard boiled eggs, sweet potato, congee, soup, milk, tea, orange juice, coffee machine, and pretty much that's it. Overall, decent enough flavor like beginner's home cooking level. Location: 5 mins walk to Grandview shopping centre. Lots of good stuff in the area. Not so good: a little old, not super refined, bed was too soft, sofa was too soft, no desk in ”executive” room Service: They said they ”upgraded” us but the room looked like it was 1 grade lower on this website, not really a big deal as it was still an ok room. Overall, pleasant and competent staff, no screw ups, although our stay didn't present them with any challenges or surprises so it's unknown how competent they are at problem solving. Value: a little overpriced unless you absolutely have to be within 300m of this exact location. Would I book again? : Yes, if I needed to be in this exact location. That said, the area is fantastic so it'd be perfectly fine to book elsewhere in the neighborhood and enjoy exploring on foot.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. If I need a small toilet seat to take care of my children, the boss even bought me a new one. I also got all the extra quilts I needed. Hygiene: Good hygiene and very clean. Environment: It is a mixed-use hotel, but there is no noise in the room and it is very quiet to sleep at night. Although it's very close to the subway, it's only a minute's walk away, but Line 3 is really dead, so we still take a taxi when we go out, and it's very cheap. And Zhengjia Plaza is really suitable for walking kids

It was a surprise to get a free upgrade when checking in the hotel, after searching thru WeChat proposed hotel, noted that I was paying 100++ CNY more for the deluxe room! When going up the hotel, the corridor was dark and the spoilt bulb wasn’t replaced. Things get more challenging was the bathroom water was so milky this morning which I couldn’t use it to shower nor washing my face. This is also the time when I was rushing to board my flight!
