Rooms,Eating, Service, Location, all points have earned the review excellently. Specially the lovely-styled rooms have liked us. The food card had a lot to offer and everything was of excellent quality as well as the rich breakfast. In particular, we met with friendly and competent staff at all times during our stay. So around a great service. The starting point for bicycle tours was good. We would be happy to come back.

The location of the hotel is very close to the company. S colleagues can choose to stay here. The Schloss park opposite the hotel can go for a walk in the morning. It is very quiet. The hotel breakfast is the oldest in Germany. If you are full, don't be demanding. High cost performance, recommended

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel untergebracht. Ein Schild neben der Eingangstür weist dieses Haus als 4 Sterne-Hotel aus. Absolut lächerlich, vor allem, wenn man vergleicht, welchen Aufwand andere Hotels treiben, um ihren Gästen wirklichen 4 Sterne Komfort zu bieten. Zum Zimmer: relativ kleines, insgesamt ungemütliches Badezimmer. Die Toilette ist hinter der Türe versteckt, leider in einer kleinkindtauglichen Höhe. Wir Senioren hatten Schwierigkeiten, uns nach einer 'Sitzung' wieder in die Höhe zu schrauben. Die Betten waren eine glatte Zumutung. Schon als ich mich auf die Bettkante setzte, quietschte und knarrte die gesamte Konstruktion. Das Gleiche auf der Seite meiner Frau. Man wurde wach vom eigenen Umdrehen, man wurde wach, wenn der Partner sich umdrehte. Ich habe diesen Zustand an der Rezeption zur Kenntnis gebracht. Sollte Sie also auf Zimmer 402 auf diese immer noch quietschenden und knarrenden Betten treffen, wissen Sie, wie ernst Gästebeschwerden genommen werden. Weiter zum angeblichen 4-Sterne Niveau: Kühlschrank: dort, wo sich der Kühlschrank befinden sollte, war lediglich ein leerer Schrank. Kommentar der Rezeption: nicht jedes Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank. Tee- und Kaffeezubereitung: Fehlanzeige. Frühstück: vorab ein Kompliment an die Servicekraft: sie musste den Service im Frühstücksrestaurant alleine stemmen. Es ist nicht ihr Verschulden, wenn gebrauchtes Geschirr nicht vom Tisch abgeräumt wird, wenn es etwas dauert, bis das Büffet wieder aufgefüllt wird. Sie konnte nicht mehr leisten, als ständig in Bewegung zu sein. Diese personelle Ausstattung hat ebenfalls nichts mit 4 Sternen zu tun! Die auf dem Büffet angebotenen Komponenten waren vielfältig und qualitativ gut. Ein Schluck Sekt wäre recht schön gewesen, aber bei dem niedrigen Aufpreis für das Frühstücksbuffet nicht zu erwarten. Hervorzuheben sind die leckeren Kuchen, die einem auf dem Buffet zur Verfügung standen. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis des Buffets war sehr gut. Ansonsten: drei Sterne mit Mängeln.
