I stayed her with my wife and 2 kids. It was convenient as we were visiting Luton the following day and was only 10 minutes away from where we had to go. Initially the signage as you come into the services was poor but that didn’t put us off. Plenty of parking. The lady in reception was nice. Room was ready, clean and tidy. Bed and pillow comfy. We couldn’t hear the motorway nor other people. The food at the services is as expected, limited choice if you have intolerances!

Stayed for two night's prior to a booked hosp appointment. Excellent service from the point of arrival to departure. Polite and friendly staff all round. Could nt do enough for us. Good variety of choice for breakfast and available till late morning. Tea making facilities available all day in communal area as well as in your room. Pleasant reception area with a seating area and TV .located next door to a restaurant which looked nice but owing to limited opening hours we were not able to experience . Communal kitchenette facilities available microwave and hot water urn . TOP rating nothing else to do , could not fault!

Every nook and cranny in The White Hart oozes grand antiquity and contemporary retrofitting has ensured comfort instead of a dated environ usually synonymous with aged structures. The White Hart hits the right buttons with tasteful decor and attention to details. There’re ‘gargles’ from old pipes probably and a cranky air-conditioner but I’m too tired to take note. I’m aware only because I’m a light sleeper. The only drawback was the overly long prep time for my breakfast, which I had to miss unfortunately due to a lack of time. Nonetheless the manager on duty exercised discretion for not charging me for a take-out lunch requested when I’m seated for breakfast.

Considering it’s a new hotel , the rooms are already staring to look tired with. Stains on the carpet and walls etc. shower pressure is very low. Parking should definitely be included in the room price at this type of hotel. Couldn’t believe has to pay £7:50 per day.
