The room this time is very nice, with two more windows on the side, a wide view from the fourth floor, and warm Chris**as decorations. There are not many parking spaces, but they are enough.

Out first disappoin**ent was that they didn’t have a bar even though the description says so and there is pictures of one. The employees on our first day did not speak English.
However the stay was pleasant and the setup with pin for room key etc is brilliant. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast we bought was very nice and good value for money.
The hotel offers a drink per person if you choose to skip cleaning of the room, which we usually do anyway.
The text says 24 hour reception which is far from the case. If you have booked in advance it’s not a problem since you get all the info you need in a mail before arrival.

A completely renovated and digitalized hotel. Fantastic furniture and great facilities. The breakfast was buffet and a big Deal. Fresh and Apple. The Rates wäre unbeatable. Will book it again. What i rallye appreciate is the multilingual Staff. Well mannered and well informed. I Was here 5 years back, it is a huge difference.

The stargaze forum is well maintained and the staff was nice, the wifi wouldnt work in our room. Its possible to take the s-bahn train into dusseldorf, but they dont come very often, especially in the late evening and at night.

I would not stay here again if it not was absolutely necessary. Room smelled like smoke, was in a bad neighbourhood (industrial area), no AC, was warmer in the room then outside (30+ all night).
It was cheap, but still not worth it
If this is your only option, sleep in your car

I liked this hotel despite its flaws as for the price (25 euro per night) you can't do much better. The room and more importantly the bed was clean although the decor was tired. The reception closes at 11pm which I find bad but otherwise it was ok there. The WiFi was good enough to work from and otherwise I had a decent stay. I'd come back provided my room was the same.

I spent the weekend near Düsseldorf. The Forum Hotel in Hilden contributed to it being a lovely weekend. Friendly welcome from the nice staff, a lovely and above all clean room. The bathroom was also very well maintained. On Sunday I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which, as it was open until 11 a.m., was also suitable for late risers and offered a lot of choice. I will be back
