Park Lane Pullman has never dissapointed us fr the very 1st time that we stayed there after their renovation until the present day. They have excellent service, their staff are courteous and approachable, very used to dealing with foreign guest like us. Specially the doorman and concierge they always have a ready smile on their faces to welcome you and they speak good english, ready to help and make your dealings easy. The Front desk as well , were efficient in handling room check-ins, patiently answering and explaining on any queries you have re ur room, their attention is on you even if visibly there is still a long line waiting to check-in after you. The hotel room is clean, modern and comfortable. We love the Exec Lounge at the 26th flr, the staff are attentive, the food and drinks offered are superb, the furniture is comfortable and ambiance is relaxing. Till next time Park Lane Pullman, you are our home hotel in Hongkong.

Great Hotel. Its our third stay at Regal while attending a conference and we are very pleased with the experience. Front Desk Manager Francis went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We are very grateful for his wonderful presence. The bed could do with a little upgrading. The mattress was a tad too hard while the pillow was too soft that we needed two for our heads to feel comfortable. But overall, we are happy with our stay and will definitely come back.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, it truly feels like home. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness, art collection and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. Room: Big and spacious. Modern. Well laid out. With excellent lightings, very comfortable king size bed, large flat screen TV and a huge wardrobe. Almost floor to ceiling full length window offers a panoramic view of luxurious condos on the mountain slopes and the famous HK turf club and all its sports facilities. Bathroom: Big and spacious too with separate bath tub and rain shower cubicle. Excellent shower pressure. The basin has a mixer but with two separate tap controls. The WC is of standard design. Housekeeping: Very polite staff who keep the place really clean. Reception: Very polite and very fast. I emailed them before my arrival and received a reply instantly. I emailed them at 1am during my stay and received a reply instantly. Incredible service. Concierge: Impressive young staff. They anticipated my needs and acted on it before I even utter a word. And they have excellent knowledge of the area and HK to give us very accurate information and direction. My wife and friends say ”this is the hotel we will stay again when we come back to HK.”

This hotel is brilliant location and is surrounded by great restaurants. This is one of the first hotels I stayed in when I came to HK and stayed here multiple times over the last 3 months. Travelling with a new born made stress free with this hotel. Both sides of the hotel are nice but preference is the prestige side. Great staff and great hotel.

It is a well located hotel between two metro stations and short walking distance to bus terminus to all Hong Kong. The room is comfortable with some nice recycled amenities. However, there was a huge big stain in carpet, and the housekeeping didn't clean our room, saying that it was off hours. We left the room for the city at the day at 12h, so it was a bit early to finish the services, I guess. It has a very useful service of hotel shuttles to some key areas of the city, so its a plus.

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

I was staying in room 2405, after I left the hotel yesterday morning I realized I left my mom’s wedding ring in the bathroom basin counter. When I came back in the evening, the cleaning lady had put the ring on the night table. I really appreciated her honesty and the well trained staff.

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Great hotel not far from restaurants and the metro. It is a perfect location for the Pier as well since we had to be there for an event the next day. It wasn’t easy to find a taxi early morning. They offer a nice breakfast buffet for 132HKD. Rainfall shower, which was nice and warm. We had an amazing view from our room. I do wish checkout could be 12p but hey it was all good. Easy check in and out process. Great access to where we needed to be on our day two as well!

The room and bathroom were beautiful, very sleek and minimal. The design really makes the hotel stand out amongst the rest of the Hong Kong options. Location was great, loads of food and transport options around. Beds comfortable, and the whole room was very clean. The elevator to the rooms requires some patience, and the wifi could be faster. Provisions in the room were quite light - e.g. only two teabags. Overall a great stay and I would stay here again, but only at a discounted price. I am very happy with the stay for the last-minute rate we got, but wouldn’t pay the usual price which was significantly more.

Amenities given in room preset is only 2 toothbrushes and a shower hat. No shaving set. No comb. Etc. as I tried called housekeeping. Phone rang king time no reply. Tried to borrow a charging cable. Not able to rent one. Had to pay for charging bank at charge spot. No make up room even for two night stays. As I was trying to turn on the TV The remote don’t work. As I open the power bank. There was no battery inside. Called housekeeping. Took 30 mins to arrive room and end up wrong batteries given. But she brought Sapir remote to try on. Replace battery inside the original remote. The TV still won’t turn on. Overall a bit disappointed. Breakfast options was very little as well.

The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, but it's evident by all accounts that it's 3-stars at best. The swimming pool is under construction, the furniture is really old, windows are dirty. There were also some reusable plastic sticks for mixing sugar in the room - I think they look very unhygeinic, better use disposable ones. Breakfast is meagre but passable. The location, though, is normal, with a metro station within 5 minutes of walking. Probably there are better options for that price in HK. I think this hotel is way below the standard of Ramada hotels.

Excellent customer service - The staffs at Rosedale Hotel always with courtesy smile and willing to help. I carried a bit heavy golf club and luggage to check-out and the cleaning lady immediately helped to bring it to elevator for me from my room. Also the customer service reps are enthusiastic to serve me sitting and waiting taxi in lobby. Amazing!! :-)

Hotel is at quite a good location, with malls and shops nearby. In 2 mins walking distance to nearest MTR station and bus interchange. 5 mins walk to nearest Tram stop. Convenient for get to places with the easy access to transport. Room is abit small though but is clean and comfortable. Could see abit of the sea view. Love the breakfast. Will probably stay here again.

The view from the room and the buffet breakfast were fantastic at this hotel. However, the service level here was far lower than expected. Check in took 25 minutes and basically only because of the under staffing - there was hardly any guests checking in. There was a quick apology upon check in and that was that. Breakfast staff were ok. Concierge weren’t helpful and lost our jacket. Then checkout was rushed and not complete - no bill just “we will email you”. Service level lets this hotel down - should have stayed at our TST hotel…

We had a good stay ay Nina Hotel. This is not the first time I have booked them, this is my second time at Nina Hotel but this time I booked for a family vacation. My kids loved the hotel facilities especially the bath tub, they enjoyed it a lot. The hotel staff is also kind and very accommodating especially Andy. The location is also super nice, hotel is near the MTR, it's very convenient especially if you have children with you. There are also many places to eat near the hotel. I will definitely book here again if I come back to HongKong.

Hot water not working well, i had to take cold showers. I dont know is it about the button or not. No soap included, only toilet paper and tea in room which is acceptable. They asking you to pay for the shower gel and shampoo kind of stuff. Asked 500hkd deposit, beware. Overall is okay can consider to stay again.

Staff members are helpful and efficient serving whatever I needed. I booked a standard garden view room it was very decent and comfy. Sad that I doesn’t have a bath but shower only. The view was spectacular though it’s not near to the sea but a mountain view of taihang. Overall it’s a very nice experience.

Felt cheated cos I was looking for a simple gym with at least weights but this ”gym” only has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical and 1 recline bike machine. Otherwise its not too shabby

We had an ok stay.. the location was not so good. It wasn’t easy to get a cab from the hotel. But metro was quite accessible. 10 min walk to get to tin hau mtr station. Front desk was nice but not so helpful, they werent able to get us a cab and they didnt have much information about traveling in hk..
