"The facilities of this hotel are fantastic and the location is good for the market and water park. However, the service was really disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told we were upgraded from a studio to a one bed which sounded great. However, the only difference between the rooms was an additional privacy screen which was stiff and difficult to move as well as being covered in smears and dirty. When we booked the hotel we were excited about the amenities including the free fitness classes. The QR code to book this took me to a link to pay for them so I messaged reception on the WhatsApp which they had informed could be used for “any questions”. The reception couldn’t help and didn’t give any advice other than go to the gym - we were on our way out and the class was at 9am the next day so we ran up there. There were no staff in the gym and the restaurant staff also couldnt advise as to where the staff were. We then walked down to reception for advice again - they told us go to the gym, we said we had done this and they then said wait until the class and just show up as they didn’t know the process to book. As a hotel that advertised the fascilities and gym classes it’s quite shocking that the reception wouldn’t be able to advise on the booking system - it genuinely felt like they didn’t want to help. Given the class was at 9am I didn’t want to just turn up in case there wasn’t space. After 10 mins back and forth they conceded and radio up to the gym and ask a staff member to be there. We then go up there again and the gym staff member ALSO didn’t know the proper booking process. Eventually they took our email addresses to add us to the list. This took an unnecessarily long time with a lot of run around and staff that really didn’t want to help us/know the internal processes - these are things I would expect any hotel staff to know as a minimum. We were originally looking at coming back to stay for a month or so in their apartments as the price is great however, the poor service and lack of knowledge of processes has meant that this hotel has lost a potential repeat customer."

"It’s a very clean hotel and the breakfast (buffet) is pretty good. It’s located close to the beach, to a lot of restaurants (local and international) and to the clubbing zone. I booked a room in the 7th floor to avoid the noise and it was good to sleep (after 11:00 pm, my room was right in front of the main road and a Muay Thai place). You get extra towels for the pool or the beach, that’s cool."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The architecture and the pool area were honestly one of my favorite parts. During daytime the hotel already looks very pretty, but at night it becomes absolutely stunning. The lights and the atmosphere make the whole place feel very special. The hotel has everything you need — pool, gym, spa, bar, restaurant, and also a room where you can have tea, coffee, and snacks 24/7, which was actually very convenient after coming back late. The reception works all day and night, and every time we needed something, the staff helped us very fast. Everyone was friendly and welcoming during our stay. I also really liked the breakfast. There were salads, fruits, muffins, omelettes, eggs in different styles, and honestly a lot of options. What surprised me the most was the coffee. Usually coffee from hotel coffee machines is not that good, but here it was actually very delicious. I took a macchiato almost every morning and really enjoyed it. For me, this is one of those places that looks even better in real life than in pictures. Very aesthetic, relaxing, and perfect if you enjoy beautiful architecture and good atmosphere."

"The room was very spacious, and there’s a 7-Eleven right across the road which was super convenient. The location is also really good — we walked everywhere during our trip and it was very easy to get around. The only thing that made us a little uncomfortable was that there was a connecting door inside the room leading to the room next door. At first it felt a bit worrying, and unfortunately the guests next door checked in around 2am and were drinking, talking, and laughing loudly, so it was quite hard for us to sleep. The soundproofing could definitely be improved. Other than that, everything else was really good👌 We requested a birthday decoration for my boyfriend and it turned out so cute 🥹 The towel cake decoration was adorable hahaha. "We chose a Superior King Room with a balcony, and this was our view :). The pool is amazing, the internet did not work properly, and the location is perfect. However, I booked almost two weeks in advance, but the reception told us it was the last available room. As you can see, the balcony view was full of cables, so you can’t really see anything clearly. Also, if you want to sit on the balcony, it’s 50/50 — there’s a chance you might get grilled 😅."

"This is a pretty good hotel, very convenient for shopping and dining around. The breakfast was just okay, a bit limited in variety, but edible. There's a female staff member from Hunan who is really nice. She proactively helped me at the front desk during check-in. Also, during check-in, there were staff members who helped with luggage. I stayed in a deluxe pool room for 6 days. The room was on the side of the hotel's main pool, in a two-story building. Both the first and second floors are fine. When I checked in, I asked the front desk for a quieter room. They asked if I preferred the first or second floor, and I chose the second floor. They gave us room 2251, which is the third closest to the beach on the second floor of that building. The first picture shows the ocean view from the room's balcony. The overall room size is very generous; the advertised area is accurate. It's much more honest than The Akara Hotel in Pattaya, which was the worst hotel I stayed at during my half-month trip. The discrimination against Chinese guests there was evident in every aspect. I want to praise Trip.com. I booked the room over half a month in advance, costing more than ten thousand (including tax). Later, I found out the room price had dropped. Trip.com contacted the hotel for me, processed it, and promptly refunded several thousand in price difference."

"We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails."

"The hotel is very good for the price. Our room was spacious enough and kept pretty clean throughout our stay. Cleaning service was daily (you just need to hang the notice on the door). The breakfast was a buffet. There wasn't a huge variety, but it was enough to get a good start to the day. The rooftop pool offers a nice view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our stay. The location is pretty good — around a 15-minute walk to Patong Beach and just 3 minutes to the famous Bangla Road. I was a bit worried that it might be very noisy because there's a Bangla Boxing Stadium right near the hotel, but it was always calm after 11 p.m. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"Pleasantly surprised! This is a hotel you won't want to leave. The environment is top-notch, the breakfast is delicious, and it's super convenient as it's the closest hotel to the beach. The staff are all incredibly polite. I genuinely recommend this place!"
