"The view from the hotel was great! We rented a car, so being on top of a hill wasn't an issue at all. We only walked to Tagada Park, but otherwise, we drove everywhere, so the location wasn't a problem 🚙. The parking lot was spacious, covered, and free, which was a big help. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash as theirs don't lather very well. There was no hand soap, so I used body wash, but it would be useful to have some with you. I assumed the clothes dryer was free because it didn't have a 'paid' sign, but laundry and drying each cost $6."

Guess it is nikko hotel franchise (they kinda got linked toghether like they are located right next to each other) so as you can expect their Japanese originated service and cleanness was on point! Free WiFi was fast and reliable. The outdoor pool and 24-hour gym were nice bonuses.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "The location was perfect for a solo traveller. A close walk to the beach, many restaurants, & a shuttle bus that stops at different shopping malls & other hotels. The room was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The sink and hand rails are stainless steel, but were full of limescale. Nothing was shiny or polished. I was there for a week & only received housekeeping once. I noticed other guests asking the receptionists to get someone to clean their rooms. The reception staff were friendly, however I asked a member of staff to book me a taxi & luckily I double checked because it wasn't booked. Overall it was a nice hotel, I would stay again because of to the location and spacious room. Also around the pool could use a jet wash the floor was filthy."

"There were plenty of pools, and we had a great time. The beach was right in front, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable, and having a microwave and a water dispenser on the same floor as our room was a huge help."

"There is only one complaint I want to make is regarding the Thai restaurant soi at the hotel. The food was great, however the service needs to be improved. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes. After we ordered, 5 minutes later, the 2 main dishes came first, a couple minutes later, the 2 appetizers came. We were eating at rush. At the end we ordered a dessert, however it took 20 minutes to come. Also, the waitress never came to ask about our comment on the food. Comparing with the restaurant next door we had dinner the night before, it was quite an unpleasant experience. Again the food is the best Thai food we have ever had."

"The place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better."

"I stayed on the 28th floor of Oceania Building B. The water park ocean view was absolutely satisfying. I was a bit worried because there were a lot of comments about the facilities being old, but it wasn't an issue at all. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the bathroom looked like it was prefabricated, which made me feel a bit dizzy. Other than that, even though there were signs of age, water purifiers were installed on every two floors, and I didn't experience much inconvenience. The staff were friendly. The walk to the parking lot was a bit far, but it was fine once I knew the shortcut. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a tip, the Taikoh Rent across the street is run by locals and was cheap and good. I had considered using a Korean rental car company but I'm glad I went with the cheaper option."

"All the staff were so very kind and the room condition was the best! The buffet is really... delicious. If you stay for multiple nights, make sure to have breakfast at least one day! I also had dinner and it was fun because they put on a show. ㅎㅎ For environmental protection, they clean every other day and if you don't leave the green card next to the bed on the bed, they won't change the bedding during cleaning. The ocean view was the best and the service was also very satisfactory!"

GGuest UserThe view was lovely, and the pool was excellent. The room felt very clean, perhaps thanks to the wooden floors. I even brought a shower filter with me, and it stayed perfectly clear for all four days, which was a reassuring sign of good water quality. However, the staff service was quite disappointing.

It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill! This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

NNaniBefore arriving, the hotel sent a letter requesting a list of the guests staying at the hotel. Without one, they would have to pay an additional $77.70 per person upon arrival. Fortunately, we were able to communicate with customer service and were able to avoid providing it without any additional charges. However, I was still a little worried about this hotel. Fortunately, everything was great after arriving. The accommodation was very good, but there were only two elevators due to the large number of people staying, and there was no staircase as an alternative. However, the breakfast was rich and varied. Although the weather was affected by the typhoon for two consecutive days, it did not affect the BBQ and beer tasting held in the hotel. It was very warm and relaxing, with complete facilities and services. We had a great time.

NNalanippsI like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

GGuest UserRecommended for: Friends looking for a budget-friendly trip. The location is good for the price, and it's quite clean. It's close to GPO (Guam Premier Outlets), and the staff are friendly. Not recommended for: Couples. Also, if you have allergies (especially to dust/mold), I wouldn't recommend it. If you can't shower with cold water, make sure the boiler has been fixed before you go. Facilities: The physical structure is the same as the photos, but the pictures seem heavily retouched to look 'prettier' or 'brighter.' For Koreans born in the 90s, if you remember 'retreats,' it's exactly like the resorts we used to go to for elementary school retreats (late 90s - early 2000s). Cleanliness: Despite the aging facilities, the cleaning was good. Although it's old, the bathroom had no stains and there was no dust in the corners of the room; it was well-cleaned. There was no drain smell. Air/Smell: There's a moldy smell. The air is humid, and the bedding felt damp. I tried to ventilate, but there were pigeons on the balcony, so I couldn't open the window. If you have rhinitis, prepare for a runny nose and coughing fits. Major Downside!!!!! The boiler had been broken since 12/15 and was under repair, but I received no notice until check-in on 12/21! I went out and came back in, only to find no hot water and had to shower with cold water, which was incredibly chilling! The free cancellation period was until 12/17. If they had informed me about the hot water issue earlier, I would have canceled. I only found out about the broken hot water after showering at 11 PM on the first night after a starlight tour, so I couldn't even get a refund for the first night. Pros: Still, the staff were kind and responsive, and they refunded me for the remaining nights of my stay. Guam is warm, but the room is so humid that you can't turn off the air conditioning. If you come back from the beach or swimming and there's no hot water, it's really, really cold. If you're planning to book in December, I recommend checking if the boiler has been fixed first.

MModuerBecause I had to catch an early morning flight, I took a temporary rest at this hotel and didn't stay overnight. A very old hotel, there is a strange smell when you walk into the room, the floor is oily, and the pillows also smell musty.

Opposite is the police station. Downstairs is ABC supermarket, very close to DSF duty-free shop. The price is also relatively affordable. When coming to Guam, it is better to rent a car at the airport. The bus in the city is not convenient, and there is no bus at many attractions.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because our plane was at 3:40 in the morning, and this hotel was very close to the airport and provided free drop-off service. We stayed overnight. The hotel is very old, the facilities are quite old, but the health is OK. The old gentleman at the front desk was very responsible. We asked him what time he needed to leave. He said that two hours in advance was enough. We said that we had to go through the customs and departure procedures. He said that the procedures were very simple and directly checked in. Really, the departure was done at the check-in counter, very soon. At the scheduled departure time, the driver came on time, called us, and helped carry the luggage downstairs and put it on the car. There is no elevator in this hotel, so it is not convenient if there is a lot of luggage, we live on the second floor.
