The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. JJinju JangmiExcellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room.
A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day.
They even took it away, which was disappointing.
Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them,
but the service was good otherwise.
The facilities are old because they are old,
but they put in more effort to manage and provide service,
so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip.
The pool is nice and it's quiet.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well.

GGuest UserIt's far from the hotel district and you'll need a rental car to get around, but it's close to the beautiful Ypao Beach.
The facilities are small, but the rooms are spacious. There are four beds, a toilet, and two bathrooms. There's also a kitchen (with cooking utensils and dishes), so you can buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook.

CCHULHAN1. The lobby service was terrible.
On the day of check-out, the check-out time was listed as 12:00, so I showered, packed my bags, and had some time to spare. I left the room around 11:10 to take some photos. Returning to the room around 11:30, I was shocked to find that my key card wasn't working and the door wouldn't open. I had my phone charging, my suitcase, and my passport in the room, and the key card wouldn't open the door...
I rushed to the lobby and asked the staff, and they told me that they'd locked the key card before check-out time to prevent late check-outs.
So I complained, saying that it was against the rules to lock the key card while the check-out time was listed as 12:00 and it was still normal usage time. Sweat was dripping down my body, my sunscreen was dripping, and my clothes were soaking wet. I almost swore, but I continued to complain, asking if they were being too harsh. The staff member sincerely apologized.
And after they fixed the card key, I went to my room, grabbed my luggage, and checked out. It was check-out time, so I didn't have time to shower again. ㅜㅜ
On my last day at pic, I had to spend the afternoon (shopping, etc.) and my flight (3:00 AM the next day) in sweaty clothes and a stuffy body. It was an absurd and worst travel experience.
I've lost all desire to come back.
I hope that after my review today, the pic staff will improve their problems so that no one else will be a victim.
2. It's a great place for kids to play. There are mini-games every hour, so you can have a fulfilling day. Parents have to be busy (making reservations, waiting in line for minigames, etc.) to keep kids happy~~~~
3. Breakfast: Skylight, honestly, 4-5 out of 10. Lunch: Hamburger, 4-5. Lunch: Bistro, 7-9 depending on menu selection. Lunch: Hokkaido: The soup is okay, but the noodles are terrible, 5-6. Hanogi has been closed since September. Dinner: Bistro, 7-9 depending on menu selection. Dinner: Skylight, 7-9.
4. Most of the staff, except for the staff in charge of the room card locks in the lobby, were friendly. They greeted me first and were very helpful.

MModuerBecause I had to catch an early morning flight, I took a temporary rest at this hotel and didn't stay overnight. A very old hotel, there is a strange smell when you walk into the room, the floor is oily, and the pillows also smell musty.

AAnonymous UserI visit the US every 3-4 months, and this time I chose Guam. It's where my nightmare began. I arrived at 12:00 AM, and if it weren't so late, I'd really have changed hotels. There was no water, no comb, and no earplugs! For 1680 RMB, it's not worth the price. It's noisy outside early in the morning, and the soundproofing is average. If this happened in China, I'd be bombarded with calls to 12345. I changed hotels again today, and they were just okay for 2300+ RMB. Just don't get your hopes up.

GGuest UserAlthough we stayed during a typhoon, the staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and we were able to spend a comfortable time.
There is an ABC store next door, which is convenient for buying drinks and snacks.
It's within walking distance to duty free, so the location is no problem. You can also walk to the beach.
I rented a car and there was ample parking space behind the hotel, which I could use for free.
The free Wifi in the hotel was a little weak, but it wasn't a problem. NHK was also shown on the TV.
Recommended for those looking for reasonable accommodation.
