"This hotel is the closest one to the Daguan Zhuanxin Farmers Market. I was given a balcony room on the second floor. If the glass door was open, it was very noisy, but closing it provided excellent soundproofing. There was a minor issue after check-in: water started to pool on the floor when I was washing my face and had the faucet running. I discovered the pipe under the sink had come loose. After contacting the front desk, I waited a bit, feeling a little annoyed. However, when the staff member came up, she continuously mopped the floor and even used dry towels to wipe it completely dry. She then placed dry towels under the partition and on the floor. Her attitude was exceptionally good (the boss should really commend her!). The next day, she even bought us freshly baked flower pastries. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!"

"This time I went to Kunming and stayed in a hotel near the Haigeng Dam. The experience was quite good. The hotel is very close to the Haigeng Dam and can be reached on foot in a short time. On the dam, you can see flocks of red-billed gulls circling over Dianchi Lake. It is really interesting to buy a bag of gull food to feed them and watch them take away the bread agilely. The Bougainvillea Waterfall next to the Haigeng Dam also left a deep impression on me. The lush bougainvillea hangs down from a height, with bright colors and dense flowers. It is particularly beautiful to take pictures. I couldn't help but stop and admire it for a long time when I passed by. Back to the hotel, the overall environment is quiet and pleasant. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is simple and generous, and all kinds of facilities are very complete, especially the bed is moderately soft and hard, and I have a good rest at night. The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, which makes people feel very comfortable. This accommodation experience around the Haigeng Dam has added a lot of color to my trip to Kunming. The hotel is satisfactory in all aspects. It is a good choice and recommended!"

"This stay really surprised me! First of all, the location of the hotel is super convenient. It's about ten minutes away from the subway station, so you don't have to worry about going anywhere. There are also many delicious foods and shopping malls around. You don't have to worry about shopping and eating at night. It's perfect for lazy people like me! The service attitude of the young lady at the front desk is super good, with a full smile. The check-in is fast and smooth, and she also introduced the hotel facilities and fun places around. The room is cleaner and tidier than expected, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and you don't want to get up when you lie down! The water pressure in the bathroom is also very good, and the hot water comes out in seconds. Taking a bath makes the whole person relaxed. What makes me most satisfied is that the details of the hotel are particularly well done-free mineral water, tea bags, and coffee are all available, the Wi-Fi speed is very fast, and there is no pressure to watch dramas and play games. "The shower in the room was excellent. The subway is very close by, and in the morning, a driver even took us to Haigeng Dam. The driver was so kind and even waited for us to get our clothes. The hotel staff were also very thoughtful; we could store our luggage, and the room was very comfortable for sleeping. Although the hotel is a bit old, it would be great if the room could be a little brighter. Sometimes, children could do their homework in the room, but the transportation here is so convenient that we ended up spending all our time exploring and were too lazy to do homework!"

The hotel isn't very large, but the design and layout are very thoughtful, the service is attentive, the rooms are clean and odor-free, and the toiletries are all high-quality. The breakfast is exquisite, and the coffee is very fragrant. We booked the tea room suite, and the cherry blossoms outside the window were in full bloom, offering a stunning view. Currently, there is renovation work next door, which slightly affects access to the hotel, but a butler provides a shuttle service, so the overall experience is excellent."

Service was excellent. There’s a restaurant downstairs which is not bad, and you can buy meats and bakery in the attached shops downstairs (I ate KM rose cakes every day!). Highly recommended."

"The hotel's facilities were indeed excellent—the rooms were spacious and bright, the bedding was just the right firmness, and amenities like the smart toilet were all provided. However, the service was so disappointing that I wanted to complain. The training was inadequate, and management was lacking! The receptionist was indifferent upon check-in. The next day, I didn't have my room cleaned, and she was extremely impatient when I asked for water, saying that according to regulations, I could only have two bottles, and that she only gave me two because I hadn't had my room cleaned. For a 4-star hotel, the service was 1-star. I paid to stay in a hotel not to be treated with bad attitudes. I don't need smiling faces, at least don't be rude! Furthermore, the public hygiene was terrible; the elevator was covered in stains. And let me complain about the breakfast. It seemed to be outsourced. It wasn't good, fine, but they stared at me while I was getting the food, and they talked loudly on their phones next to me while I ate. It was unbearable. It was worse than a guesthouse. I will never stay here again. They were also reluctant to serve me self-service coffee. I paid money, I'm not begging. They really need to train me properly. On the positive side, the complimentary yogurt was quite good."
