"When I checked in, the room wasn't ready, and by the time I came back at night, they said there were no rooms available! Luckily, the hotel upgraded us to the presidential suite for free?! What a pleasant surprise! **Environment:** The hotel is quite close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, surrounded by old buildings, overlooking Zhuhai across the sea. The overall architecture has a sense of history. **Service:** The staff's attitude was excellent. We were queuing for them to call a taxi for us, but no cabs were coming. They asked about our next plans and then directly ran to the roadside to hail a car for us. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was definitely up to par. **Facilities:** The room was super spacious, with every functional area imaginable: a living room, dining room, kitchen, home theater, sauna, massage bed, and a huge bathtub – absolutely amazing!"

"Keya and Jim at the front desk were exceptional. We had a new born baby travelling with us and Keya was extremely well mannered by coordinating bell service and walked with us in to our beautifully baby-prepped room and showed us key amenities to enhance our stay -eg baby bottle warmer, kids towel, slippers, kids dental kit, shampoo/shower gel etc. The shopping arcade in the Galaxy Promenade was absolutely stunning, so clean and grand. Food selection was great and there is a huge Apple Store inside. Galaxy hotel also has a top tier hotel-guest only kids play area which is one of the best in the area. As a bonus, Galaxy hotel is located not too far from traditional old city streets with lots of top street food and historical building to take pictures (Rue de Cunha and surrounding areas). This is a great place to stay for all families. Our family felt so well taken care of and we will be back next time."

Hotel Sintra is conveniently located in the heart of Macau close to all business and shopping areas. Those traveling by car will find transit to the ferry terminal in 5 minutes and Macau International Airport 15 minutes. Sintra Restaurant which located on 1st floor, offering an array of international cuisines and authentic Portuguese wines on offer. The hotel meeting and banquet facilities offer a range of venues and high-tech equipment. The Business Center includes full secretarial services, fax machines and internet access.

"4 Stars — Great Location and Excellent Staff We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Sintra. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made our visit feel welcoming from the start. The location is truly outstanding — we were able to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul’s, the historic Macau district, and even Fisherman’s Wharf, which is about a 30‑minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, and New Yaohan department store, with its convenient supermarket, is only a two‑minute walk from the hotel. The free shuttle buses to the Londoner, Parisian, and Venetian were also a great bonus. The only drawbacks were related to the building’s age. Our room’s sink was cracked, and some of the finishing felt dated. There are only two elevators serving 14 floors, so they can get busy during peak times. Also, there are no free shuttle buses to or from the airport or the TurboJet terminal, which would have made arrivals and departures more convenient. Overall, Hotel Sintra offers excellent value thanks to its unbeatable location and warm service. With a bit of updating, it could easily be a five‑star experience."

"I absolutely loved staying at Broadway Macau! It is one of the best hotels on the Cotai Strip in Macau. I would love to go back again with me and my whole family. My kid had so much fun playing at the Galaxy Kids Hotel. The room had a free bathtub, a beautiful window, and snacks for us. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was delicious and definitely worth it. The hotel has so many amazing facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and parking. Everything felt very luxurious and 5-star. The staff at Broadway Macau were wonderful, from the receptionists to all the attendants, everyone was very kind and made us feel so welcome. Staying at Broadway Macau really made our trip special. Thank you, Broadway Macau, you are a true gem! I can’t wait to come back with me and my whole family."

This Macau hotel features parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai Strip only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!"
