"Amazing, amazing, amazing! It's super close to attractions, the train station, and shops!!! The staff inside are also very warm and friendly. Plus, the front desk offers free lemonade and croissants (do you know how great that is? You don't need to buy water; you can refill your bottle every day). The facilities are well-equipped. If you need an electric kettle, you can ask at the front desk. I truly recommend everyone choose this place!"

"The location is convenient. Meet in time as agreed. Guest house, one room. Bedding and towel are white, floor is clean, shower with toilet is clean. But!!! The old city is visible from the window, but the windows are not completely clean and at once a different mood. The ceiling is a flood trail, the castles are chicken . It seems like having spent some beautiful days in Florence, but for the night at this price, I would like better conditions. And it is strange that there was no gel for shower and toilet paper, less than half the roll. A little improve the service."

"Hotel was charming and lovely with the most comfortable bed and pillows for a perfect night’s rest after a day of exploring. It came with all the room amenities one could possibly need (water and coffee pods were always replenished, toothbrushes and toothpaste were there even without us having to request etc) and there was AC - something less common in Italian hotels, it seems. Service was excellent. In particular, Sergio was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially when we had trouble navigating our car through the narrow streets of Florence with poor Google Maps directions. He got someone to help guide us to the hotel, before helping to valet park our car at a nearby garage. Sergio also took extra care to make sure our stay was wonderful, always offering to go the extra mile with a smile. The hotel location was also very convenient, with everything worth visiting/ seeing within 400-500m. Would 100% stay at this hotel again the next time we are back in Florence!"

"Let's put it this way, I personally feel that it is almost difficult to find a more suitable hotel than this one. When you go out, you can see the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore on the left (three to four hundred meters away), and 100 meters to the right is an awesome-looking square. Because I am Chinese, I was also given Wujiang pickled mustard as a gift (although I don’t eat it, it’s very thoughtful). There are only ten rooms in the hotel, so the breakfast is relatively exquisite, including smoked salmon. For me personally it is much beyond expectations. In addition, the quilt in this hotel has one top sheet and one bottom sheet. It is not the kind with the quilt core inside. It may be a Florentine characteristic and does not affect sleep. There is a paid parking lot 50 meters next to the hotel, which made me feel very comfortable."
