"We had a fabulous stay in Florence and the hotel’s location near the train station was fantastic both for when we arrived and departed (by train) but also for the three different tours we went on. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family, the breakfast was substantial with plenty of options, and the tiny lollies at the front desk were a sweet bonus. Would definitely recommend!"

There was no hot water when I took a shower in the room. I sent an email to the landlord the next day. Until the last day, I checked out and left. He didn't reply to me. He even sent an email to remind me to check out on time. I didn't help me solve the hot water problem! If it weren't for coming back to rest at noon, I just met the cleaning aunt and asked her to help me solve it. I didn't have hot water to take a bath the next day, so once I encountered a problem, because there is no front desk, it may be impossible to solve it... In addition to this, everything else is perfect. The nearby cafe recommended by the landlord is also delicious. By the way, the Chinese Embassy is also nearby. The security is full."

"The location is really good. The building is not an old building, but it's relatively new, so it's okay. But... I was really disappointed with the service. "EXCELLENT place to stay if you’re visiting Florence and want to be in the heart of everything.  first time to Florence and this place stole my heart. it’s the best accommodation across the main 3 cities of Italy i’ve been (venice, florence, rome) and the attentiveness from the staff were amazing. the room is extremely clean and perfect.  no complaints except that the bathroom floor might get slippery after being wet so it’s better to put floor mats. however you can easily use the towels provided.  breakfast was amazing and selection was so good.  there’s nothing else i will say except: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

"Booked 1 night and we arrived early but they were gracious to grant an early check in. We had a triple room that was very comfortable and clean. The room included basic amenities. The A/C provided sufficient cooling but I think it could struggle during the summer months but the large windows when opened would provide good airflow. The bedding was plush, clean and on the firmer side. Our room was on the rear wing where the suites are and the soundproofing between rooms was decent but you could hear the garbage buggy rattling across the cobbled streets every so often when it passes so light sleepers might want to be wary."

"Had an enjoyable stay here! Nice located and easy to find. Really big bed with warm air conditions so had a sound sleep. The view in the room was brilliant and we took lots of photos. Breakfast was also substantial with tea and coffee, and lots of desserts which could be fully full."
