We never used the sauna because it was crowded with many naked men and the changing room was communal. When we went in, there was a small naked girl among the men, which made us uncomfortable, so we left. That was a huge disappointment, especially since there are many rooms in the hotel, and everyone wants to use the sauna in the evening. The lobby is large and pleasant; I read a book there, and the staff at the front desk were super professional."
