"I left a review already but that is a second reservation I had. The hotel is not super fancy or imperial but the location is beautiful. Residential. Quiet. Great bus tram and underground system right by hotel. So many supermarkets, cafes, pharmacy and stores right in the same block. Nice morning buffet. An amazing pastry shop right in the hotel. Rooms are super clean. You get 2 free water and 2 free beer. Highly recommend."
"Unfortunately, there were some basic shortcomings in the hotel we stayed. The lack of hot water at morning hours was a serious problem. Also, the lack of a refrigerator in the room was a lack of comfort. These situations have adversely affected our accommodation experience.
However, it was a positive detail that staff were lazy and they would have to hand over the cargo on my behalf without problems. I would suggest that officials find solutions to technical deficiencies in particular."
"The room was clean and comfortable, with everything one could need: a kitchen, fridge, a clean bathroom, and air conditioning. Downstairs, there's a subway station, supermarket, and restaurants, making transportation very convenient. I had a wonderful time there and highly recommend it. The self check-in and check-out option was a huge plus for me. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I come to Vienna again, I'll definitely choose this hotel."
"Harry's Home Wein Millennium Tower was a nice hotel stay for me. The location was good, next to the Danube river and right above a shopping mall. Also, was only a 3 minute walk to the metro train into the city center (or other places in Vienna).
The front desk young woman was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel, and my room were clean and spacious. Several big windows had a nice view out. I did not eat the hotel breakfast due to my personal time schedule, but there is a large grocery store directly below the hotel that is open from 7:40 am until 8 pm that was good. Also, right outside the hotel entrance/exit you can take the skywalk in the mall across to the mall foodcourt with several options.
I felt the hotel was a good value for the money, and much cheaper than staying in the city center of Vienna. I was able to take the metro and tram into that area in about 25 minutes or so. Overall, I was pleased with the staff, the location, my room, etc and I would stay there again if I am back in Vienna."
"The hotel rooms are in dire need of renovation. The rooms are outdated and worn. Upon arrival, we even found a sock from a previous guest under the bed.
Outdoor sockets are used for outlets indoors. There was only one power outlet on one side of the bed.
In the bathroom, the renovation coating on the bathtub is peeling, there's mold on the edges, and the shower head is a maximum of 1.65 meters high.
A positive point is the well-functioning air conditioning.
The breakfast is good, as long as you're not lactose intolerant or need gluten-free options.
There were three preparations of eggs, sausages, mushrooms, and bacon, all served warm. Also, of course, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, muesli, jam, Nutella, and fresh fruit.
Unfortunately, the Kaiser rolls were too hard and dry every day, but the croissants, on the other hand, were good."
"Hotel isn’t too far from the airport. The hotel receptionist was still available to check me in just before 12 midnight.
The front desk staff were nice and helpful all through my stay.
The hotel was warm and cosy but there were times it was a bit too warm and there wasn’t an AC to turn on. The bathroom was nice and clean, water pressure was great.
The bed was comfortable and clean.
I had a lovely view of another building across my room.
The only thing was the rug having either stain patches or white patches (stains irritate me).
The wardrobe hangers need to be improved. I get that it’s an old hotel but it’s still in good condition.
They offered storage after check out which was a good add on.
You can walk to some attractions from the hotel and public transportation isn’t far from it either.
Overall I had a lovely stay."
"The price of the room is super good, very nice hotel staff, forgot to take the hotel, attach a few Vienna pictures, the environment is very good, the health is very clean, the heating is also very sufficient, the location is good, the attraction is within 30 minutes of the subway bus"
"You need to understand that check-in is contactless. This was very convenient for us, as we didn't have to wait. Less than 24 hours after registration, you receive codes for the main door, your room, and the laundry.
The hotel itself is new and fresh; I felt like no one had ever stayed in our room before us. Everything was wonderful and cozy. You can do your laundry on the 4th floor in a dedicated room, and detergent is provided. You can also pick up dishwasher tablets and an iron there. A huge plus is the incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows. The shower has gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The only drawback is the constant road noise until 11 PM. However, I used earplugs, so I was able to sleep soundly with the window open.
The air conditioning works at full power and cools perfectly.
I will definitely return on my next visit."
"The Hotel is located in a strategic position for anyone wishing to visit the city. In front of the entrance door there is a tram stop from which numerous lines pass that connect directly or indirectly with the center, at 50 meters there is a subway stop thanks to which you can go everywhere, even to take the train to the airport which, thanks to this discount, can be reached for just €2.80! The Hotel is very clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly, efficient and effective. The rooms are nice and welcoming and the breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended also for the quality / price ratio. I would definitely come back."
"5 stars - A Perfect Stay at H+ Hotel Wien!
I had an amazing experience at H+ Hotel Wien! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — I especially appreciated the stylish design and the attention to detail. The bed was super cozy, and I had a great night’s sleep.
The location is excellent — quiet but very well-connected, with easy access to public transport and a nice walk to the city center. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and everything was well organized.
What really stood out to me was the high level of service and the calm, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna."

Great
MMaimaizailvtuThe hotel staff were all polite and proactively greeted us. Check-in at the front desk was fast, welcoming, and professional 👍.
The room was spacious, larger than many European hotels, and the bedding was new and of high quality. The lobby offered various lounge areas, and upon entering the hotel from the main entrance, we were greeted by a beautiful, historic-looking porch and a subtle, pleasant fragrance.
The location is excellent. The Belvedere Palace is less than a ten-minute walk away, and we could even see it and the adjacent University of Vienna Botanical Garden from our hotel room window, making for a pleasant stroll. Within a 20-minute walk, you can also reach the famous St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Golden Hall, and the main attractions of the Old Town. There's a tram stop right outside the hotel, with direct service to the central train station.
찌찌니75Excellent Accessibility to Airport and City Center
The subway, airport transfers, and walking to the city center were all incredibly convenient and great.
Having a large supermarket and food court right in front of the hotel was also extremely convenient.
Even with the scorching June weather, the hotel's proximity allowed us to easily pop back in from exploring the city to cool down, which was fantastic.^
The lounge access was also satisfying (though closing at 8 PM was a slight disappointment), and we made good use of the food and beverages, especially given Vienna's high prices.
We upgraded from a city panorama view to a park view room, which was a great decision. The eye-level view of St. Stephen's Cathedral and the park was truly healing for all three days we were there.♡
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with convenient transportation access. There's an Aldi nearby for easy grocery shopping. The room also had basic kitchenware, and the bathroom was clean, tidy, and large. The hotel has paid washing machines and dryers. The washing machines include detergent, so you don't need to bring your own. However, the dryer isn't very effective at drying clothes, so I wouldn't recommend paying to use it. It's only a 100-meter walk from the train station to the hotel (I recommend using the north exit, which has a Chinese restaurant). There are accessible ramps along the way, making it easy to pull luggage. The train station also offers direct trains to the airport every half hour. Be careful not to go to the wrong hotel; there's another apartment-style hotel from the same company nearby. (Don't ask me how I know that! 🤡)
AAnonymous Userhad a very pleasant stay at Roomz Hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away and a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The only thing missing was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for your great hospitality!
PpipimiThe listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.
GGuest UserI booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”.
Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy.
All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries.
Poor pillows, bad matrasses.
To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.
FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very centrally located in Vienna. The atmosphere and the staff are perfect. I would especially like to mention these very nice and friendly employees:
Mrs. Viktoria
Mr. Fabian
Mr. Alexej
Mr. Leon
Mr. Tobi.
Thank you very much and we'll be back next time!
Best wishes from Leipzig

GGuest UserUpon arrival, the self-check-in machine was not working, so I had to call for assistance. By that time, several other guests were also waiting to check in. It took about 45 minutes before we were finally able to access our accommodation.
At first glance, everything looked good. However, I found several long black hairs in the bed, which definitely were not mine. There was also no trash bin in the room.
Apart from that, the tiny house was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay.
One thing that could be improved is the small window, which could not be fully covered. As a result, the outdoor lights were constantly visible turning on and off whenever people walked past, which was somewhat disturbing during the night.
Overall, it was a good experience, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.
LLeonardo Sant AnnaWell-located apartment, with several lines within a 5-minute walk. Paid parking nearby using PAYUCA.
The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
