Fuss free easy check in through the car park drive thru guard post. Accommodating with our side by side room request and extended one hour early check-in grace for our family with young children. Thank you Hub Hotel Xintai as this made it easy for me to quickly wind down my over tired children from the long car ride. The convenience of not having to take down our heavy luggage from the car saved us time, energy and provided so much convenience. Room was very clean, spacious and newly renovated. Bathtub was a nice have for my young children and we actually liked that the shower pressure was kept moderate to prevent water ponding and allow for a comfortable shower. TV was big and my children could watch some movies and YouTube channels which kept them occupied whilst I re-pack our luggage for departure just outside our room and right by our car. Highly recommend their room with garage if you are driving! It’s such a rare find in New Taipei City area with affordable accommodation pricing. Clean, convenient, spacious, comes with your own door step carpark and free flow snacks and ice cream! Sit in the car and check-in with sleepyhead children was so convenient and fuss free.

If you're in the area for sightseeing or catching a baseball game, this hotel comes highly recommended due to its excellent transportation links. A subway station is right across the street, the Temple Street Night Market is conveniently located next door for exploring, and Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium is just a 10-15 minute walk away. However, if you're a light sleeper, please take this into serious consideration before booking. I stayed for two nights and was unfortunately woken up on both consecutive nights as the soundproofing in the rooms is quite mediocre. On July 8th, from midnight to 2 AM, there were people talking continuously and intermittently in the adjacent room. I suspect they were on an international conference call. Then, on July 9th, at 3:38 AM, I was suddenly jolted awake from my sleep by a girl's loud laughter. For breakfast, I suggest serving it earlier to better accommodate early risers. Currently, the earliest it's available is 7:40 AM, by which time many guests might already be commuting to work. I recommend providing breakfast from 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM instead.

My first time staying in a backpacker-style solo hotel. The location is convenient, but a 10 am checkout is a bit too early for me. The centralized air-conditioning is also too cold for me. The room price is slightly above average, especially compared to other places I booked that offered bigger rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The staff were very helpful. When I told them I had made the wrong booking, they assisted me, and I eventually decided to stay with my original reservation. For the shared bathroom, I feel the cubicles should have bidet spray installed. I’m also not used to walking in and out just to use the toilet and having to lock and unlock the door each time. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for me. Sunday was fine, but on Monday and Tuesday, it was all bread, which I couldn’t eat. It would be better if the canteen could at least offer items like eggs, vegetables, peanuts, etc. Overall, still a good experience.

The location was quite far away from Taipei 101. The room has limited power plugs and had to request for extension cord. The pillows were not flat and had to request for two additional pillows. The breakfast meals were pretty poor. Overall not good value for the money I paid for four nights.

The room and surrounding is clean. There are lots of complimentary snacks and they also offer a welcome drinks. Ambiance is quiet and peaceful. The staffs are accomodating. Buffet breakfast is quite impressive. The location is very much accessible. Over all, we enjoyed our stay here.

It’s not in a the most ideal location and I would have preferred to not have to walk up steep stairs,but for the price the room was really large and comfortable, I wish there were curtain on the bathroom glass, stag was very friendly and accommodating. There was a bit of noise from neighbors TV/music but over all recommended.

The interior was clean, but the room was on the small side. It's more suitable for business travelers and not ideal for family vacations due to its compact size. Something to keep in mind if you're planning to stay here. It's perfectly fine for one person, but if two people are on the larger side, it might feel a bit cramped.

Great view from room, spacious and comfortable bed . Had issue with air-conditioning problem notified staffs about the problem. They did not fixed it till the last day, though they did offer to move us to a lower floor. We did not accept as we are too tired and can’t be border to pack again. However, they did accommodate us with late checked out and 2 free breakfast, after we complained about how they attending to it. Otherwise is good place to stay for the city view.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the MRT station. There are also convenience stores nearby, making it suitable not only for tourists driving by car, but also for general tourists.
