GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also convenient, close to SM MOA and restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like was the size of the pool, it quite small and a bit shallow (4ft) from the usual 5ft pools, but the overall hotel service was efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

GGuest UserThe room is incredibly spacious, and the hotel itself is very luxurious. It's directly connected to Newport Mall, which is fantastic because you don't even need to go outside to access it. Newport Mall has a ton of entertainment, dining options, and even a casino. It's very upscale, the most premium mall in the Philippines.

GGuest UserThis hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option.

GGuest UserMy experience at Holiday Inn Express Manila was a mixed bag. The bedding and pillows were quite comfortable, but the hallway insulation was poor. The toilet seat wasn't very clean, and the shower floor was yellowed with weak water pressure. During peak check-in, the front desk couldn't find my reservation, leading to a long wait. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel that they rushed to verify and process it.

The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive with my requests throughout our stay.
They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.
I would especially like to commend the team for providing excellent service and for always assisting us with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay truly remarkable! 😊

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at Skyport Hotel near NAIA. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport.
However, there were a few things that disappointed us during our stay. They did not provide slippers, which would have been helpful and more comfortable for guests. The air conditioning was also very cold, and it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature.
Another concern was the cleanliness. The towel was simply hanging at the back of the bathroom door, which made me feel unsure if it was properly cleaned or freshly prepared. It would be better if towels were sealed or neatly arranged to assure guests of hygiene.
Overall, the location is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness.

GGuest UserThe room was almost clean, except for old underwear under the bed. There was a chair on the balcony that collapsed under me the first second I sat on it – luckily, I caught myself. Check-in was late, so I had to wait for an assistant. The bedding seemed clean, but it was well-worn. The sea view from the window was exactly as described. Check-out was more difficult than check-in; I sat at the reception for over 3 hours waiting for my deposit refund. Maybe it wasn't the hotel's fault, as my internet ran out. In short, I didn't wait any longer and went into town to try and pay for internet, but that's another story. Later, when I got connected, I called a hotel employee and it turned out they had lost track of me. They refunded my deposit via transfer to a third-party card, for which I'm very grateful. Photos are attached.
