Initially I was provided room 315 which was neighboring a night club. The same fate is for all rooms on all floors and with uneven numbers. When I returned to the room at night, the nightclub music was so loud and the bass so strong that sleeping and rest was impossible. Upon my complaint they changed the room to 224, only for me to find the heating system not working in the new room. In addition, down the hall people were having a room party till 5 am in the morning. The next morning, I asked guest service for a refund. The manager was not on location and I was promised that he would call me within a day. That never happened either. The restaurant on the first floor (french style) was out of several dishes for dinner as well. Obviously, the management does not care. It was a lousy hotel, not worth a dime.
