Late checkout was also given for IHG member. Location near bus terminus. Free hotel shuttle to Sands ******. From Sands ******, there are several shuttle buses to ferry terminals, The Venetian, and The Londoner/Parisian. A very pleasant stay in Hotel Crowne Plaza Macau. Will stay in this hotel if ever be back in Macau.

Design is a bit aging, need some refreshing. Bit expensive for what it was, no breakfast. Full of families and kids everywhere, noisy common parts during the Chinese holidays. Nice staff, very helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. There were nuances when checking in, the room we booked turned out to be occupied and we were offered a similar one, but with two separate beds, offering to move them. Initially, I booked a room with a kingsize bed, since we are with a two-year-old child. The manager also offered to pay extra for the room and then they will be able to change it for us to a room with a king size bed. Later, we were offered a room on the smoking floor, but the smell was strong there. After lengthy negotiations, we were finally given our number. Everything in the room is modest, in terms of shower accessories. The hotel grounds are nice, the pool is excellent, and the breakfasts in the restaurant are excellent. We liked everything except the nuances of check-in and the lack of shower accessories.

Very nice new hotel, small and beautiful. Compact room space with complete amenities for hotels. Very impressed with one of the customer service named Yanny. She is very helpful to explain the transportation to some tourist places. It makes us easy and convenient to travel. she also checked our route and available bus schedule. There are some food stalls and supermarket nearby The hotel location is near some big hotels free shuttle bus station too. Standard breakfast but still ok. Thank you...

It was a great stay. The hotel is a few hundred metres from the Gongbei border crossing. The major attractions of Macau can be easily accessed via different buses from here. On a nice sunny day, walking to the center of Macau took approximately 30-40 minutes. Staying here is ideal if you plan to spend the day out and then return to sleep. In addition to a comfortable bed and clean towels, the hotel also provides a toothbrush and toothpaste. I'll definitely consider it on my next visit to Macau

The hotel is very conveniently located if you want to access the ruins of St Paul and the attractions near to it. The front desk staff are very friendly and supportive . We had our room on the 21 floor with some splendid views of the Grand Lisboa. The room was a bit old , yet the hotel is very reasonably priced and the size of the room is really good! The room is also very clean with water and amenities (dental kits, combs and soap) provided. The bed was really comfortable ! There are lots of small restaurants nearby , the 24 hour macdonalds and Cafe de Coral are just across the street! It’s a bit hard to catch a taxi from the hotel so we asked a front desk staff member and he kindly helped us ! The taxi was there in no time . All in all, a pleasant stay . Will consider staying at the Fua Hua again if we return !

Location was in Central Macau and walking distance to a lot of places. Had shuttle buses too. On the day of check out I stored my luggage and went to continue my day in Macau. After collecting, I wanted to go to the ferry terminal and this staff led me all the way to the waiting area which was really great service, but I didn't get the chance to get his name. It was my first time to stay at Resorts World Hotel. As soon as I arrived at the slope of the hotel entrance, a waiter suddenly ran up from a distance. He enthusiastically took my suitcase and led me all the way to the hotel front desk to check in. Then he helped me put my suitcase away. Delivered to the room, it feels like five-star treatment! The curtains in the room are automatic and open as soon as you enter the door. The color matching of the entire room makes you feel refreshing and comfortable. The visual effect of hygiene is also very good. You can't help but want to take a few photos and watch them while lying on the bed. Looking at the beautiful lake view outside the window, there are no densely packed high-rise buildings, and it feels like being on a quiet seaside. What I remember praising is the location. There is a bus terminal at the door, making it convenient to go anywhere! The 6 yuan MT1 takes you to the airport in half an hour, so convenient!

It was our anniversary trip but our trip got off to an inauspicious start with my wife spraining her ankle. But the hotel has been most helpful and thoughtful in attending to all of our needs from providing us with ice packs and bandages to sending over a tube of muscle rub (courtesy of the spa department). Special thanks goes to Roche, Sarah and Shad in the concierge who have been most patient with our various requests for help. Our upmost gratitude also to Karen who has been most helpful in assisting our checking in. Thanks also to Beatrice and Kaye who ensured that the check out process was flawless and smooth (and the nice gentleman who assisted us in getting a taxi). This is by far our most enjoyable hotel stay and all of your staff have done you proud.

The location is very good, very convenient and very close to Ruins of St. Paul's. The entire decoration of the hotel is relatively new and looks very bright and clean. There was a problem with the toilet in the bathroom at first, but luckily the Filipino guy at the front desk helped us solve it. He was really nice, friendly, and efficient. Although the room is small, it is fully functional and not very noisy at night. The only thing is that the windows cannot be opened for ventilation. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price? I will stay here again next time I come
