Excellent well furnished accommodation for one week at modest price. Comfortable, clean and sizable bedding. Unit was provided with ample complimentary amenities - soaps, shamps & cons, hair dryer, tissues etc. Very clean shower and toilet; Super hot water and excess towels. Mwave, toaster and jug with adequate plates, cutlery, cups and glasses. Simple, understandable compendium and beaut TV - Freeview & Netflix. Will definitely stay again with wonderful hosts. Awesome accommodation, amazing and compassionate staff (especially Demi). The rooms are always clean. There can be better rooms for the same price/cheaper elsewhere but I always prioritise The Lucky when booking as they always look after us. Additional bonus, they have a lift for accessibility.

It’s really inconvenient to start booking another hotel, so I decided to give up~ This is great, but there are a lot of people on the weekend, the hotel is not good, the price is high! Open the ”balcony door”, if you look outside, look at the photo~

Exceptional stay here again at the ibis, Quick and easy check in with friendly service and request sorted with no hassles to have room on carpark side and away from the traffic noise of the highway. Room spotless clean and perfect for the stay.hotwater and heater works perfect in 238 as it the weather did drop early in the morning for the heater to go on just to get the heat flowing in the room. Comfy enough bed with decent pillows. For travellers who havent been here before..shops are about a 5 minute walj through the park eg: coles maccas aldi pubs ect.otherwise 2 shell express a few mins walk up the main drag,tho.onsite has vending machines for lollies noodles sodas ect. Good stay for a good price

Beautiful grounds and a superb room. Great to see kangaroos from our patio. Fantastic service. Very comfortable beds. Lovely clean rooms. Was a shame it was raining and we couldn't enjoy a round of golf and a game of tennis. Swimming pool looked just lovely.

We were looking for a no fuss functional hotel for 1 night so as we could access the sporting stadium,near by. We didn't expect the nova tel but ,on acquiring our room we immediately had issues with no switch or remote to turn the fan off/on and no lights. We then acquired the remote but it didn't work. It took 2 attempts to finally get the remote to work. We then also noticed that the ceiling had a water leak, as it was raining that day. It was consistently dripping onto the carpet at the foot of the bed,we complained about the leak,they couldn't change our room and basically there was nothing they could do. We had to endure that painfully all night. When we booked the hotel on line ,it was booked at the online price of $85.00 but we were charged $95.00 .Unfortunately I didn't check the bill till after we left,which was early in the morning so I couldn't talk to anyone over it. Over all quite disappointing
