While waiting for service, it took 2-4 minutes, I met 70% of the migrants in a state of alcohol, some were casually dressed, some were wearing flip-flops in winter and were arguing with someone on the phone in their own language on speakerphone. Then I realized that something bad was awaiting me, perhaps this was a professional instinct. The moment of contact came, I handed over my passport, they gave me a key card for the room on the 5th floor, they didn’t give me a receipt (good afternoon, Federal Tax Service), they didn’t give me a questionnaire for the guest, and after giving out the keys they added the comment: “Don’t pay attention, there’s a small “repair” shop there.” us on the floor, you pass by it and that’s it. I thought that if the hotel invests in the number of rooms, this is a good indicator. As a result, the “repair” turned out to be a grandiose construction site of the century, through which it is impossible to pass with a bag or suitcase. lay: wires, a grinder, a hammer drill, cans (5 liters) of paint and a bathtub Oh yes, there was no lighting yet, only an incandescent lamp connected directly to the wires of the builders who were eating doshirak in one of the rooms barely illuminated my path. , I didn’t find the number, although they explained it to me. I called the reception, where they answered: “Well, I explained it to you,” to which I replied that I couldn’t find the number, in response: “What if I go up?!” So you already understand the level of service in this hotel. As it turned out, my heroic passage through the construction site was correct and I was escorted to room 527. Having opened the room, I carefully entered, saw and was stunned. 12 sq.m. in which there was a table from the USSR with oilcloth, a “humpbacked” TV, a Soviet varnished cabinet, a corner sofa from our parents’ kitchen in the 90s, which moved apart when relatives came to visit you. Toilet for hanging yourself. When I turned around, I didn’t find the girl from the reception; she was on the common balcony, which was next door to the door of my room. A minute later she returned and I refused. We went to make a return, which as a result was not crowned with success, the same girl said that “sorry, it doesn’t work out,” and gave the keys to another room, adding “go, you might like it.” Going up to room 1025, the situation was better, but again not what you see on the website

Terrible staff, dirty room, no towels, no kettle, no curtains in the bathroom, TV doesn't work. One plus is the metro nearby. I don't recommend it. The bullfight smells like urine, no one cleaned it the entire time we lived there.

I don’t recommend going to this hotel... you will lose a lot of time when checking out, plus inadequate rude employees and they will give you a room with terrible conditions from which you will clearly refuse... and plus, in my situation, you will have to write an application for a refund of funds that I haven’t had for a month now will not return

Bad service at the reception, when we went to the man and asked “About checking in with you?”, his answer “I hope not, give us a passport”, we ended up waiting 15 minutes, he could not find us in the database and silently gave it to the girl, who arranged everything. Just a shame)) 2. Very dirty room. VERY. There is a layer of soap with crumbs on the nightstand, the bed linen is stained, and a blanket with red stains lies haphazardly in the nightstand. I hope there’s no blood)) 3. There’s not even double linen, they put the sheets across the bed, the air conditioner won’t turn off from the remote control, the refrigerator has a hole in the top (I’m not kidding, I’ll attach a photo) 4. The bathroom is a different story, we tried to wash ourselves, so as not to touch anything around, because it was clearly cleaned in the last century. There is dirt all around, flies flying around and the smell of food from the neighboring rooms. For this price, it's better to take a hostel in the center. I highly recommend it.

The TV is constantly glitching, the lock on the door doesn’t work well, the bathtub and sink are stained with fungus, the towels are stained, the bed linen is not white with two blankets, but with drawings and a sheet, there are women sitting at the reception who don’t understand anything, the room smelled strongly of men perfume, there was no soap in the soap dispenser.

Dear friends, if there is a question about checking into a hotel or spending the night on the street, choose the second option. Dirty, photos don't match, staff is lying. I just wasted 2000 from the airport on a taxi. Also, the money was not returned for paying for the gas meter through the website, just losses in general. I regret that I didn’t take a photo of these magnificent apar**ents for you.

Horrible rooms, avoid this hotel. The staff provides breakfast regarding a refund for a room that does not match the description on their website. Moreover, they took the money three days in advance. I only stayed for one, I asked for a refund at least a day before.

Dirt, lack of cleaning in the room, in the toilet in public places. Inconsistency with the services stated on the website. For all 4 days the garbage was not removed. Lack of repairs, Stink. Broken furniture. Indifference of the staff. The maid doesn't even have a vacuum cleaner. We had to humiliatingly beg for towels and two cups.
