It was amazing experience. During staying there, my family had a great time. All staffs are kind and gentle. Especially the staff who I met at the front named Valentina, she was so nice and super kind. She made my family feel very happy and help a lot. Room is clean and comfortable. The views from the room was fantastic! Just next to the hotel, there is a big department store, you can go shopping and have fun. Also so many fine restaurant out there, you can enjoy a lot. Good quality, very trendy mood, I will definitely visit again next time. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel! (Thanks again, Valentina!)

Not the best experience… the day we were set to leave, there was no hot water available on our floor. We had to call front desk about 6 times before they let us shower in a different room. No apologies we’re given, and staff seemed nonchalant about the inconvenience. I understand that some issues may come up, but it would’ve been nice if some urgency was given toward those who were inconvenienced on the floor (or even a notice to let us know the hot water isn’t working).
