Stayed a whole week. Very quiet street in the evening and not very busy. Silent at night. A few meters from everything and the central station. 2 floors hotel without lift. Small bar service. Room cleaning every day. Always clean towels. Receptionist always present. We had a great time and will definitely return to this property. Everyone is very kind and thoughtful. Spacious room with approximately 30” TV. Air conditioning and fans available. Motorized shutters. Bathroom with hairdryer. Personally, I don't ask for more. 5 stars.

Iniziamo con…grazie Alessandro! Per come ci hai accolto, accudito e salutato! Struttura pulita e ben tenuta al primo piano di un palazzo a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. In fase di prenotazione abbiamo avuto qualche timore, visti alcuni commenti sulla zona. Ci sentiamo di smentirli totalmente. Abbiamo girato la sera a piedi senza alcuna paura. Il titolare, Alessandro appunto, è stato davvero gentilissimo. Ci ha contattati preventivamente per sapere l’orario del nostro arrivo. Ci ha accolto in struttura dandoci un sacco di informazioni (molto accurate) sulla città e sulle località limitrofe. Informazioni che ci ha poi girato via Whatsapp. La colazione non si fa in struttura, ma al bar di suo fratello (che si trova a qualche centinaio di metri). Consiglio le sfogliatelle e la brioches crema-amarena. Buonissime. Quindi per riassumere…straconsigliato…e noi stracontenti!!!! Grazie ancora Alessandro…si vede che ami il lavoro che fai, e lo fai con passione!!!!

At the year 2020, I stayed in this b&b very close to the central station. It is located at the first floor of a stable with a door, the apartment is very new, accessory room (tv, heating, refrigerator, boiler) with private bathroom (a little room). The breakfast and cleaning lady is very kind and available, she has met all our needs, perhaps to improve a little breakfast, less stuffed products. In general, it was a great stay, I have been several times in Naples and I have seen ”hospitality” obscene, this b&b makes the difference! I recommend it!

Hotel is rated 1* for a reason so one needs to have appropriate expectations. Location has its pros and cons. Very close to the main station and drop off place of the airport shuttle. Unfortunately this is also very poor area of Napoli - people sleeping on the sidewalks, low cleanliness etc. Hotel reception is on the second floor, no elevator. One needs to get buzzed to enter the building. Rooms are sp****ly furnished, relatively clean even though bedding should be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned. Air conditioning in the room works well. There are shared bathrooms (2) next to the reception, so bear that in mind. Bring your own toiletries. There is also shared kitchen. Small fridge, barely one or two forks or spoons. My biggest concern however is the staff. The man working at the reception seems to not like his job at all. It’s more like he was sentenced to a forced labor. He doesn’t talk, forget any welcoming pleasantries or anything like that. He can’t care less. Smile is also unknown thing for him. Basically he doesn’t like interacting with people. If you can, don’t bother him, you will save yourself time. Otherwise if you are fine with hostel like accommodation in a little shabby area, this will be ok place for you.

A parte il fatto (comunque colpa mia) che avevo prenotato e pagato per due, ma all'ultimo momento la mia compagna non è venuta, la prima camera che mi hanno assegnato ( la 304) aveva un pervasivo e disgustoso odore di gabinetto. il copriletto era vecchissimo, sporco e completamente mangiato dalle tarme, (vedi foto). . La seconda camera (la 202) era decente e l'ho presa. Aveva il bagno per i disabili, ma considero questo un plus. Ma gli accessori di del bagno erano tarati per una sola persona (1 asciugamani per mano normale, 1 asciugamano doccia, nessun bicchiere (e l'impianto idrico lasciava a desiderare). Lo staff mi ha portato quanto richiesto, IL peggio però era l'impianto di condizionamento, assolutamente non funzionante. Fortunatamente la temperatura era gradevole, ma la mattina farsi la doccia in un bagno freddo non è stato piacevole. Lo staff ha provveduto il giorno dopo. Visto che il check out era alle 11, ho lasciato, alle ore 9:00 lo zaino al deposito bagagli: non vi è stata applicata alcuna etichetta. Alle ore 16:00 del 6 gennaio sono andato a riprenderlo: non c'era più. Uno dello Staff, un po' balbettante mi ha detto che li avevano spostati in altro luoho. E me lo ha mostrato: in una zona in penombra; c'era un solo zaino, all’apparenza il mio, l'ho preso e sono ripartito per Salerno. Solo all'arrivo mi sono accorto che lo zaino, seppur identico, non era il mio. Solo grazie alla disponibilità della persona che aveva preso il mio sono riuscito ad operare lo scambio di restituzione. Quando ho lascito lo zaino (ore 08:30) ho comunicato chiaramente alla reception che, dopo la colazione sarei tornato, ben prima delle 11:00 ora del check out per usare il bagno. Tornato dopo mezz'ora ho trovato la stanza già disfatta con le donne delle pulizia ed il bagno ormai inagibile.già in pulizia. Comunque, vabbè che eravamo in altissima stagione ma per un albergo in zona stazione d Napoli, degradata e mal frequentata, 180 euro + 6 euro di tassa d soggiorno per due notti mi sembrano un po' eccessivi per un albergo di terza categoria
