There are 999 bright roses in the hotel, which are very beautiful. There is a park outside the hotel, and it is beautiful to take a walk and enjoy the scenery. There are three types of breakfast - very rich, worthy of the Osaka State Guesthouse! Will come again next time I live in Osaka. There is a shuttle bus to Osaka Station, which is very convenient for shopping and going to the station. I took my family on this trip and everyone was very satisfied!

location is right in front of the subway station and very convenient to go anywhere since there are 2 subway stations near by the hotel. However, if you wanna go to city centre like namba/umeda, u can walk but may still need to take subway. (I choose this hotel after considering with a hotel in Namba since I thought I could find more local restaurants, but actually many places closed early...) Overall service are great, but would be better for trainee to do the check-in process with a senior staff since it took a longer process than normal and made a few mistakes although she was super kind. Staffs are all nice and very helpful! Facilities are so clean and the public bath is also good to try!

The hotel is simple but clean, we upgraded to a larger room on arrival which was easy and not expensive. The bathroom was nice and staff were friendly. Most importantly, it’s in a great location for getting to the main sights of Osaka (a couple of stops each way) and to the stations for day trips out of Osaka!

We stayed for one night at the St Regis Osaka for my husband’s 60th birthday and were treated like royalty! We were even upgraded to the 2000 sf Royal Suite which was, without a doubt, the most luxurious and beautiful hotel accommodations we have ever had (see pictures!) The concierge was wonderful and helped me plan a small cake, champagne and towel art to be set up in our room for after dinner. My husband loved it! He also enjoyed the Shogun Bloody Mary. We have stayed at many St Regis hotels and he always likes to try the Bloody Mary unique to each location. I think this one is his new favorite! Thank you for a perfect stay and wonderful birthday celebration!!! PS - Also of note, the hotel is a short walk to the upscale shopping area.

Hotel repeater. I forgot about Christmas ⛄️🎄✨, so I booked a room on the south side for the first time in a long time. Short stay for two days and one night from December 25, 2022. Thanks to Chinese tourists who brought home others' things, there are only the minimum items necessary. The next day, I had a mysterious experience just before I woke up. A man wearing an eboshi that gently hides me says, ”Don't open your eyes yet. You will be taken away.” After awakening, I gradually woke up at ８ 30 minutes. Breakfast was ordered at ９ 30 minutes, but I was able to get it as usual. It was a treat. Thank you for the university potatoes lined up on the table 😚

This hotel was excellent for us. The room was small but beautiful, and thanks to a lot of space under the bed we actually had more than enough space and enjoyed the fairly sizeable bathtub! Location-wise, the hotel is well placed with a station a couple of minutes away and Osaka Castle very nearby too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Much better than expected. The room is clean and tidy, everything is very comfortable. The city center is convenient to go anywhere. On a return trip to Osaka, I chose to stay at Hotel Noum and I'm so glad I did! A three night stay turned into eight nights due to unforeseen circumstances, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. I chose a Riverview single room and it was perfect for me/one person. Windows lined the entire room and it looked onto the river. You can also access a sweet plant-lined terrace from this room. I appreciated the laundry facilities and kitchen equipment on the 5th floor--so helpful. It is the one time I would recommend potential guests to definitely get the breakfast plan with the room. The food is terrific. Coffee too! The staff were all outstanding--front desk, management, kitchen--all amazing. They were so accommodating and really helped me out when I needed it. The neighborhood at first looks a bit quiet, but dig deeper and you'll find some excellent hidden gems--fun, cozy wine bars, cool restaurants, clothing shops and a bustling restaurant and shopping scene only a few blocks away. I was sad to leave! Thank you, Hotel Noum!! I hope to return someday soon.

As a first impression, this hotel's location may seem slightly random, apart from being generally quite central to Osaka yet in a quiet neighbourhood, allowing for a restful night's sleep, but a little exploration soon revealed that the (quite spectacular) Osaka Castle Park is just 5 minutes walk away and Osaka City History Museum even closer, so in fact the spot is very thoughfully chosen. Some of the front desk staff displayed a subtle yet clear attitude of contempt, which is not normal for the Toyoko Inn or even for Japan generally -maybe something to do with Osaka's big city syndrome, or just he management failing to keep the workforce motivated. A reasonable Japanese-style breakfast (including toast but NO butter or jam) is included in the price. There is another Toyoko Inn in the area right next to Tanimachi Yonchome station, so if you need to use the metro, that is a better choice. Otherwise, if you have ever stayed in another Toyoko, you know exactly what to expect. If you haven't, be ready for a totally functional mid-range hotel catering mostly for Japanese business travellers with almost no luggage storage space at all.

The location is quite convenient, surrounded by restaurants and walking to Osaka Castle. The room is a foreign-style family room, very spacious, with sufficient cooking and laundry facilities, and the bathroom is very wide and clean. The quality of the bed is also satisfactory, but the child feels that the tatami bed is too soft. There is a terrace in the room, but unfortunately the outside view is other buildings, blocking the good scenery, there is just an angel sacrifice fireworks meeting but can not be seen in the room, only a little spark, it is a pity. The window of the terrace cannot be opened, it should be concerned about safety issues. The overall stay for three nights felt very comfortable. Hotel customer service was average and could not find a cheap place to park before check-in, but the staff were very polite.

It's so close to Osaka Castle Park, just across the road. There are also Osaka Prefectural Government Department Building and NHK Osaka Building on this road. It's in the city center and very cost-effective. There is a snack shop downstairs in the hotel, so I bought some as souvenirs. The hotel room is indeed very small, but it is quite clean. However, it is very noisy in the corridor in the morning and evening for some reason, and the hotel cleaning staff is also quite noisy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dormy Inn PREMIUM in Osaka for the first time, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. This hotel was the best I stayed in while I was in Japan. The room was quite spacious, had a proper wardrobe (not just hangers), a safe that was built in the desk and a small fridge. The bathroom had a decent size, it had a separate bath and a shower. The bed was a little bit hard for me but that's just personal preference. I still had very good two nights' sleep there. The lobby was nice and the staff were very friendly and they all spoke English. Bottled water was provided in the lobby. Check in was smooth and effective, check out was even faster. They let me store my luggage after checking out which was great, so I could max out my time in Osaka without worrying about my luggages. 7eleven was literally accross the street. The hotel was located only a few min walk from different metro/train stations, it was very easy to get there and going to different locations by public transport. If I go back to Osaka, I will definitely stay at Hotel Brighton City Osaka.

A facility of Dome Inn with a natural public bath and a good breakfast. Since I was able to walk about 1 minute about 3 years ago, the slogan ”Have you been there yet?” In our condominium, ”From check-in to check-out, you can enter the hot spring day and night” and ”Open-air bath is the best” It is popular that ”the breakfast is rich in variety and can be eaten every day” and ”the movie is free to watch”. I was indebted to using it when my parents and friends came to play, but I finally experienced it while I couldn't travel with movement in the corona pot 々. Infectious disease control is also firmly taken, and when you enter the elevator or bathroom, you can rest assured that security is perfect with a card key. Natural trees and large stones are often used in the indoor bath and open air in the large communal bath, and it was like being in the wilderness, and I was able to forget my daily life and relax. There are about 20 kinds of breakfast buffets that are healthy, such as small bowls, beef stew, clam miso soup, rice, many Japanese and Western dishes, vegetable salads and cut fruits, etc. Needless to say, neither I nor my wife had lunch. Since it is a business, there is no dinner, but there is a high-class supermarket Koyo operated by Aeon directly opposite the hotel, and you can procure lunch boxes and warm them with a microwave oven for customers at the restaurant on the 13th floor. You can spend a relaxing time watching the night view of Osaka with free beer and wine. Although it is a customer service, the smile of all the staff including the clean staff was wonderful, and I felt high motivation and hospitality. I am impressed that there are only well-known Kyoritsu maintenance facilities, and I am proud of my town. In the future, I would like to use it as our ”distance”.
