SO/ Paris Hotel

Paris|2.06km from La Bonne Heure
I booked my wife to stay at this hotel recently and she loved it. I needed to be in Paris, and decided to try it myself. It is now the place I will always try to stay in Paris. The great thing about this hotel is that it is a perfect trade-off of price/location. In September, we stayed at the Faubourg Sofitel (also Accor) which is about as 'Prime Paris' as you can get. Right next door to the Elysee. For that, you got a hotel which was about 50% more expensive, for 40% less product. SO/ is central, but a bit on the edge, and for me that is worth every cent of the tradeoff. Additionally, the tradeoff places you right next to the river with views of Paris that are sensational. And anyway you are 5 mins on foot to the Places des Voges - this is still beautiful Paris. Other big pluses: - food quality is really high in Bonnie. We went for dinner and breakfast. Both great. Dinner buzzy, and possible the most beautiful breakfast room views imaginable. In summer.... wow. - rooms are extremely high quality fit out. Bed is incredibly comfortable. Just be aware that there is now bath or desk even if a room which could accomodate it - staff are charming and very well trained. - access by car is easy. Very few people will be driving (but I was). Access is super simple, and the valet parking v reasonable (about Eur40) - I didn't use the gym or pool, but they looked amazing by Paris hotel standards - I loved the design concept of the hotel. It is young and modern without being like a W (which I don't like... trying too hard) I strongly recommend. Thank you SO/ Paris.

Citadines Place d'Italie Paris

The hotel is located in the 13th arrondis*****t of Paris. The location is very convenient. The subway station is right downstairs. The catering is also very developed. There are many Chinese people nearby, it is safe and there are many Chinese food. The hotel waiters speak good English and can communicate normally. The hotel provides free coffee, three levels of espresso coffee and a cream coffee, which are very authentic. They also provide tea bags and water. There are three types of water, ice water, sparkling water and ordinary water.

From the begining, there was a problem with the water drain in the shower and the water flowed through the wall into the bedroom.. Although the water drain was fixed on the second day after our request, the flooded bedroom carpet was not properly cleaned and was extremely smelly. It was very difficult to sleep in the room. We were moved to another room after the receptionist confirmed the bad smell in the room only after 3 nights, so we stayed 2 remaining nights in a clean room. Some of receptionist were not professional at all. The main receptionist was kind and helpfull.

Really amazing hotel. Employees are really nice and helpful with everything. Room is big enough for two. the reception works 24/7. Breakfast was amazing the food is great and delicious ( croissants, hard/soft boiled eggs, toast, cheese, meat, cereal, fresh coffee/ apple/orange juice, fresh and amazing pancakes, nutella, jam, butter, etc). 100meters away from the hotel is Aldi (really affordable market to buy everything feom foof to deinks and essentials), and there is also metro 6 which gets you directly to Eiffel Tower. If I’m going to Paris next year, definetly sleeping here again!

The rooms are small, the facilities are rudimentary, but they are clean. The key is that the location is very good, two minutes to the subway station, it is very convenient to go to the main attractions. There is also a Vietnamese powder shop nearby, which is more suitable for Asians. There are two clerk members who are mainland compatriots. I feel very cordial and very caring. If you choose to stay here for a day or two, after all, the price is high. The person who pays attention is still forgetting.

The hotel is right next to the Piazza Italia subway station. The transportation is extremely convenient, and it is also convenient to eat nearby. This hotel has rooms with small balconies. It is best to book a room with a balcony. The sanitary conditions of the room are average and the facilities are relatively old. Roads are being built around the area, which is a bit messy. The last point is, if you can call the hotel directly to book a room, contact it directly, do not go through an agent or Ctrip.

The hotel is located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, not far from the Lyon train station, and it takes 15 minutes to get to Orly airport. The hotel's urban traffic is convenient, close to the Italian Square, there are subway lines 5, 6, and 7, and the main attractions can be within 20 minutes. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, but there is a shopping mall with a big Carrefour inside. It is a bit early to close the door. There are several Chinese restaurants, and I’m online to say that the 13th district is an Asian gathering area... Hotel room is small, but the decoration is not bad, breakfast.. I feel that the price of the hotel breakfast is that something, bread ham coffee salad.
