It is an old hotel, but the only problem is that the check-in efficiency is too low. It takes 15 minutes to confirm the check-in.
Facilities: Overall, it is considered to be the top STGO
Hygiene: No problem
Environment: The scenery is not bad
Service: I have to complain that I was charged for requesting a few more bottles of water from the waiter.

Overall I would say that the hotel did not meet our expectations - it is more of a modern 3-star option than a standard 4-star hotel. The service is not very efficient (both of the reception and the room service), the quality of the food is inferior (and it is of course overpriced). Also the location is not very good - although the barrio (district) is very prestige, there is literally nothing to do around, especially during the holidays or weekends, you need to take a taxi to get to the downtown (Providencia and other districts), there is no option of just walking there.

The hotel is located in the new district, which is very safe. The front desk service is also very good. The sanitary environment is good, and slippers are provided. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, but it is really nice to be able to see the snow-capped mountains from a distance in the hotel.

Guest UserThe overall it's really good because the hotel it's firstly very well located as it's close to main Street (excellent transport) but in a small street. Very close to nice dining and commercial areas. It seems Brand New so everythings Shiny and very clean, people a very nice.
I would say the only issues are the very bad window frames which don't isolate the noise of the street and I imagine also the cold weather in winter and the pillows which are uncomfortable.
Beside those two points the hotel is fantastic

The scenery is particularly good and the location is also very good. There is a supermarket and park downstairs, and the shopping district is a 5-10 minute walk away. The breakfast is rich and the service attitude is also super good. Great~

Nayla AbarcaThe hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price.
The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it.
