The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! This place offers great value. We had an early flight and didn't want to get up too early, so we came half a day in advance to enjoy ourselves. The pool is especially fun! You can enjoy the steam room, the amusement park, and the pool – three activities in one place.

The room is spacious and clean. Bedding, towels, and bath rope are like new. The bed is huge, mattress is firm. Shower was one of the best. The shower itself is spacious. Water is very hot and with good pressure. One good design is shower, toilet and sink are separated by glass doors. People can get ready at the same time. There are lots of restaurants in the area just downstairs. If you really have to pick something, people are singing on the street pass midnight on Friday night. But it didn't bother me at all.

Traveling internationally with kids, the last thing you want is hassle after landing. To my surprise, we landed in Incheon at 9 PM, took the AREX from the airport to Unseo Station, and walked to the hotel, arriving just after 10 PM. The whole process was incredibly smooth and such a relief. Check-in experience: Warmth in the wee hours We arrived at 10 PM, expecting a complicated check-in. Instead, the owner helped us with the self-service machine, and we were checked in within a minute – so efficient and stress-free. As a parent checking in late with a child, this no-fuss efficiency was a huge bonus. Room amenities: Unexpected cleanliness and facilities We stayed in a top-floor room, and opening the door was a pleasant surprise – it felt less like a regular hotel room and more like a chic little apartment. The room was spotlessly clean and even came with a small kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. When traveling with kids, the joy of being able to wash and dry clothes anytime is something only those who've experienced it can truly appreciate. Value for money: Just over ¥200, hard to find even in smaller Chinese cities You might not believe it, but with all these amenities, it was only just over 200 RMB per night. Honestly, you'd be hard-pressed to find accommodation this clean and well-equipped for that price even in a third or fourth-tier city in China. In comparison, the value for money here is absolutely top-tier. Check-out and final thoughts Checking out was a breeze, done via the self-service machine around 8 AM. This hotel has become my go-to 'white moonlight' for Incheon transits. Next time I'm overnighting in Seoul with the kids, I'll definitely choose this place again. I wish the owner thriving business, so more late-night travelers can find a warm and comfortable place to stay!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are excellent; it's a very new hotel. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good. Environment: There are many dining options within the hotel, and the integrated commercial area makes eating and drinking very convenient, making it ideal for families with children.

I stayed at Ibis Incheon Hotel with my family recently and was very impressed by the service. The front desk staff were outstanding—they quickly assisted us with check-in, local recommendations, and even small requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms were well-equipped with all the utilities we needed, providing a practical and comfortable base for our travels. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly paper garbage bags in the bathroom—a smart, sustainable detail that many hotels overlook. The shuttle service was punctual and convenient, which helped a lot with our schedule. Thank you to the team for a solid stay. One small note that could help future guests: larger, more visible signage at the bus stop would make it even easier to locate.

Lovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below. The apartment itself Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay. Location — pros The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view. Location — things to know Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great. Noise There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment. So Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

Nice room with nice sea view! 3 mins walk to bus stop to take bus to the city. Only the water pressure in the shower room wasn't strong enough. Overall, very nice stay.

The location was a bit out of the way from the main street, which was a little inconvenient, but the facilities and room condition were excellent, probably because it's a new building. However, I couldn't sleep all night due to the thumping noise from the upstairs room, probably because of poor soundproofing. This might be a hit-or-miss situation, but the front desk's response was a bit disappointing.

The worst mattress ever. Could not sleep. And service terrible. Front desk clerk missing from 8 to 8 nobody unt the evening. During the day rarely somebody there. Room smaller but the worst is the mattress. I could fill every spring. I think that was the box spring not the mattress itself. No shuttle even if they advertised. It doesn’t exist. So the front desk said. Not wanting to stay again here 🥹
