Great
GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel, and it truly exceeded expectations. The facility is modern and spotless, but the real highlight is the staff—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When I struggled with the coffee machine in my room, someone was there in minutes to guide me through it with a smile.
A special shout-out to Erin, who went above and beyond. Not only did she surprise me for my birthday (such a thoughtful touch!), but she also gave me fantastic local tips and advice. Thanks to her, I discovered Ruka—an amazing restaurant I highly recommend. She also helped me plan my first walk around Harvard Campus, which was a highlight of my trip.
The location is perfect, right next to Harvard Business School with a lovely view. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers warmth, efficiency, and a great setting. I’ll definitely be back!
農農夫燕尼尼The hotel is very close to the airport by taxi, and you can also walk to Back Bay Station in about 10 minutes. After checking in, the hotel provided a $35/day credit to be used at the bar on the second floor.
The only drawback is how noisy it was. On the first night, I'm not sure what happened nearby, but there were people shouting and the sounds of police cars and ambulances well past midnight, which really disturbed a business traveler's rest.

Great
GGuest UserConvenient hotel, efficient check-in, had an excellent and quiet sleep between 2 flights. Even possible to walk from the international terminal E (all covered walkways). Took the free hotel shuttle in the morning.
Zzwk1029I stay at this hotel every time I take a flight. The parking lot is large and there is no charge if you don't stay overnight, so it is very convenient to return the rental car, take the hotel car back to the hotel, and then take the hotel car to the airport the next day. However, the only downside is that there is no water or coffee available in the lobby in the afternoon, which is very uncommon in the United States.
ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

Very Good
GGuest UserLocation was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

Very Good
LLilyhawkBoston's air is fresh, and the rooms are spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette. The facilities are comprehensive, and the hygiene is excellent. The breakfast is hearty, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel service is also great.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable
GGuest UserA true ”home away from home” for a new international student.
As an international student newly arrived in the U.S., Hilton Boston Back Bay was my very first landing spot. I have been staying here for two weeks while navigating the difficult process of apartment hunting—which has been incredibly stressful due to my lack of U.S. credit history and language barriers.
However, this hotel truly gave me a sense of ”home” during this challenging transition. Even though my English is not perfect, every staff member I encountered was incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating. Their kindness made a huge difference in my first few weeks in Boston. I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome!
