Opposite Boston Park. Close to Chinatown. The hotel is low-key, but low-key luxury. The snack room on each floor is super considerate, but there is no kettle, so you can't make tea. You can buy some hot tea in the coffee shop in the lobby, but there is a time limit and the room is relatively small. It is also expensive in this season

I will stay here again. The location is excellent and it is convenient for shopping and dining. The room cleaning, extra bed and turndown service are very good and the attitude is good. The front desk service is good and free coffee is provided in the lobby. The only drawback is that the takeaway I ordered this time was not delivered to the room. I hope to have a better experience in the future.

Guest UserThe room isn't huge, but with two 150cm beds, it's manageable for a family with kids if you don't mind snuggling. The mattress was incredibly soft; surprisingly, I usually get back pain at home but slept on this soft bed for three nights with no issues. There's a Starbucks drip coffee maker in the room, and another Starbucks next to the front desk on the second floor. Bar10, also on the second floor, serves good food. The hotel connects to two malls, which is fantastic in the cold winter as you don't have to go outside to find food. The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like it had just been renovated. The shower had both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option; even though it was in a tub, the water pressure was excellent. Facing north, we had an unobstructed view of the river and MIT across the way. Boston truly is a beautiful city, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Chan CharlotteIt’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect.
However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel.
When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help.
Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed.
From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish.
A request of a kettle took 30 mins.
We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

The location in the city center is perfect for shopping, eating and checking in. The cleaning staff is a lady from Shenzhen who is very friendly! Ctrip is awesome!

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The basic accommodation conditions of Four Seasons, such as quilts, pillows, air conditioning, bathroom, spacious rooms, etc., are beyond doubt and must be excellent and reliable. There is a high-quality Japanese restaurant downstairs, which is modern. The SPA is very good. The only thing that is not as good as the old Four Seasons Hotel in Boston is that the room is just very modern, without any style.

Guest UserThe hotel has a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and is convenient for getting around. Parking can be booked in advance at nearby parking lots; the hotel charges 70, but you can come and go freely. The room is dark, with a kitchen and tableware, but the facilities are outdated. The refrigerator is particularly noisy, and combined with the air conditioner compressor right outside the window, there's low-frequency noise all night. Those sensitive to noise should be cautious… The sofa bed is old, makes noise, and the springs have lost their elasticity, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, but the toilet seat is loose. The shower faucet doesn't close properly and leaks all night.

Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.
I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying.
Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston.
