I had a great stay at this hotel! The place is very nice and well-maintained. One of the highlights is that there’s a kitchen available, so you can cook your own meals, which is super convenient. The view is absolutely stunning since the hotel is located high up on a hill. It’s a bit far from the city—about a 20-minute drive—but the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful scenery make it worth it. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed in the residence but had access to all areas of the hotel – it was clean, fresh, and stylish! Several pools with sun loungers and a nice gym. When reading reviews, note that some people are reviewing the 5-star hotel, while others are reviewing the residence. The hotel rooms and residence rooms are different, as are the buildings they are located in. The residence was built recently and is still under construction, so several more buildings are being built next to the occupied one. This means there can be construction noise, but only during the day. We usually left for the beach late in the morning, so we didn't really hear it, and it didn't bother us at all. The rooms (suites) were cleaned every day, which deserves huge credit – towels and bed linen were changed, dishes were washed, bottled water was replenished, etc. We chose a boutique room with a bathtub; it was spacious, beautiful, and functional. The only downsides were that we had to store clothes in the kitchen cabinets as the wardrobe was tiny, and the shower drain didn't work well, but otherwise, everything was super. The boutique room was on the 7th floor, with sea-facing windows. We didn't take breakfast, and that was the right decision because during holidays, the hotel is fully booked, and there are a lot of people. In my opinion, it's much more convenient to drive to nearby cafes and have something different for breakfast every day (if you have your own transport, of course). We had a car, so the hotel's location was very convenient for us because it's not in the very center of Bang Tao, so there's no traffic – it's peaceful and quiet. At the same time, it's close to all shops, restaurants, massage places, etc. I can't comment on the nearby beach because we went to a different one.

Hotel room is big and have bath tub. The gym room also very nice . And there have many swimming pools. The staff all is well trained and nice to guest .But if u like to go shopping or phuket old town . It is 35-45minutes one way. But if u enjoy stay and chill in hotel , it is so nice . This hotel is more near to airport. Around 20minutes .

Nai Thon and Nai Yang beaches are also just a 10-30 minute motorbike ride away! 🐠Surprisingly, the hotel even boasts its own dreamy aquarium! It features a massive 2500 sq meter pool integrated with an aquarium design, meticulously maintained and super clean every day! Having a buffet breakfast inside the aquarium is incredibly romantic! 😭 Enjoying delicious food while gazing at the 'glass sea' on the other side – it's absolutely stunning for photos! 💯 💆 The hotel also features its own ESSENTO SPA, where you can enjoy a Thai massage anytime! It's incredibly therapeutic and stress-relieving, with seamless and attentive service. Tea and fruits are offered before and after the session. 🥰 My favorite part was the singing bowl experience before the massage – a truly sublime, mind-clearing sensation. To think you can stay in such a divine hotel for just 180+ per person! 😭 What's more, as it's newly opened, all the facilities are brand new, and the service is exceptionally attentive. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really friendly and the room I booked was really great. My only complaint was the bugs/mosquito in the room but they did provide some sort of insect repellent! The pool was nice too. They even gift me a cake since it was my birthday. This is one of the hotels where they have an app and the app is actually functional and relevant! We can request many things there as well as join active classes so that’s really cute. Would love to come back or stay at their other hotels.

Too much pork and low quality food at breakfast. Not five star. Also the ladies who pick up the room service phones need to be trained on how to be much nicer to guests when speaking and responding to questions, queries and comments. Also in-room dining is not 24-hours. Also, not good for those that don’t drink or have special dietary requirements like halal or kosher.

A family of 5 stayed here for 6 days, the hotel location is a bit remote, but the distance from the airport is still moderate. The hotel's price/performance ratio is relatively high, and the electricity fee needs to be paid at 5 baht for 1 degree. We spent 3.6 RMB on six days of electricity. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the nearest VILLA market and 7-11 convenience store. The hotel staff can drive you to the supermarket for free (limited to 5 pm every day). If you want someone to shop, you need to buy something faster. (10-20 minutes), you need to take a taxi back when you have a long time. If you have a Chinese driver's license, you can rent a car from the hotel because the taxi on the island is super expensive and you can't get a car. The car is 1,500 baht a day (the oil has already filled you up, you can sit for 5 people.) If you want BBQ, you can also rent a grill to the hotel (1000 baht a day). The hotel will arrange cleaning every other day to help you change the basic wash. Wait for supplies, will also help you wash the kitchen. There are 2 young ladies and 1 little brother at the front desk of the hotel. 3 people are on duty in the morning and evening, and 3 people are very friendly. I don't speak Chinese, and the English level is very good. If you have trouble communicating with other local Thai speakers, you can use English to help the front desk to help you communicate with others. Overall, the price is very high, and the living is quite satisfactory. I will consider staying here later!

I stayed at this hotel for about four days, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. First of all, it is truly a wonderful property. All the staff members were exceptionally kind and warm, and the hotel itself is new, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was absolutely fantastic, and with the pool bar available as well, I found myself thinking over and over again how glad I was to have chosen this place. Even though I was traveling alone, the friendly conversations with the staff became one of the highlights of my stay. I initially booked a standard room, but I was so captivated by the beauty of the villa that I decided to upgrade from the second day. The villa was spacious, spotless, and allowed me to enjoy a truly luxurious experience. Breakfast was delicious, and I was fully satisfied with the quality and selection. As for the location, it is a bit far to walk to the beach, but the complimentary shuttle bus makes it easy to get around. If you have a motorbike, your stay will be even more convenient. I used Grab and Bolt for transportation, which worked very well. The 7-Eleven across from the hotel has a great selection of items, and the staff there were also very friendly. I enjoyed buying snacks and meals to take with me to the beach. Still, the hotel’s pool remained my favorite spot throughout my stay. From housekeeping and maintenance to the front desk, restaurant, and bar—every staff member was genuinely kind and made my stay heartwarming. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I will definitely return. ฉันพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้ประมาณสี่วัน และต้องบอกเลยว่าโรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมเกินความคาดหมายของฉันจริง ๆ พนักงานทุกคนให้บริการอย่างสุภาพ อบอุ่น และเป็นกันเองมาก ตัวโรงแรมใหม่ สะอาด และพักผ่อนได้อย่างสบาย สระว่ายน้ำก็ยอดเยี่ยมมาก แถมยังมีบาร์ริมสระ ตลอดเวลาที่พักอยู่ ฉันรู้สึกดีใจมากที่เลือกโรงแรมแห่งนี้ แม้จะเดินทางคนเดียว แต่การได้พูดคุยกับพนักงานก็ทำให้การเข้าพักสนุกยิ่งขึ้น ตอนแรกฉันจองห้องแบบสแตนดาร์ด แต่พอได้เห็นวิลล่าที่สวยงามมาก ก็รู้สึกประทับใจ จึงตัดสินใจอัปเกรดในคืนที่สอง วิลล่ากว้างขวาง สะอาด และให้ความรู้สึกหรูหรามาก อาหารเช้าก็อร่อย และมีความพึงพอใจอย่างมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งอาจจะเดินไปชายหาดไม่สะดวกนัก แต่มีรถรับส่งฟรี จึงไม่ได้เป็นปัญหาเลย ถ้ามีมอเตอร์ไซค์จะยิ่งสะดวกมากขึ้น สำหรับฉันใช้ Grab และ Bolt ในการเดินทาง ซึ่งสะดวกมาก ร้านเซเว่นอีเลฟเว่นตรงข้ามโรงแรมมีสินค้าให้เลือกเยอะ และพนักงานก็น่ารักและเป็นกันเอง ฉันชอบซื้อของกินไปทานที่ชายหาด แต่ถึงอย่างนั้น สระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรมก็ยังเป็นที่โปรดที่สุดของฉันอยู่ดี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นพนักงานทำความสะอาด ช่างซ่อมบำรุง พนักงานต้อนรับ ร้านอาหาร หรือบาร์ ทุกคนให้บริการด้วยความจริงใจและอบอุ่น ทำให้การเข้าพักของฉันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก ขอบคุณมากสำหรับทุกอย่าง และฉันจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

I celebrated my wife’s 30th birthday and the staff were so accommodating to make this a special and memorable experience. Would definitely come again. Место положение, норм. 5 минут до Банг Тао. Нам надо было где-то неподалеку подождать, когда будут свободны номера в нашем любимом отеле, поэтому забронировали на несколько дней. Если бы весь отпуск протекал в этом месте, я бы очень расстроился. За этим комплексом идёт большая стройка, со всеми вытекающими. Ремонт сделан очень странно. Неплохая, кухня, но сантехника вся копеечная, вода бежит еле-еле.Бассейн маленький, хотя на фото показан большой. Загорать не где. Надо оговориться, что стоимость этого объекта не высокая, может кому-то и норм. Но мне не понравилось.
