房間與圖片不符，衞生太差，地面污泥水印，牆角發黴起皮。房型和定的房間不一樣，換房間還要加價，坐地起價。第二天早上吃完早飯就在問你們幾點回來，我們12點要退房，上去山上，不到12點就打電話催，還説超過半小時要延時，延時每一小時一百。 總體差評，沒一個合意的，快七百的房間連個智能馬桶都沒有，12點不到催着退房，九華山一絕。

民宿位置非常好，就在九華街上，大廟廣場對面。服務也不錯，孩子想玩水，跟店家溝通後立馬就安排泳池放水，孩子玩得很開心。
