Pullman Properties in Shanghai

What truly surprised me and made my stay memorable was the front desk service! As soon as I entered the lobby, a staff member immediately offered to help with my luggage. During check-in, the staff were not only smiling throughout, but also carefully inquired about our preferences and specifically arranged a quiet room on a high floor for us. The front desk staff member wearing silver glasses was particularly impressive.

I chose the Pullman Shanghai Jing An for my trip to Shanghai this time because of its convenient location right next to Shanghai Railway Station, within walking distance. The lobby was quite elegant, and the front desk concierge service was excellent – very polite and welcoming. Although the room wasn't large, it was perfectly fine for one person. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and explained the room layout clearly. The room itself was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveling to Shanghai this time, my train ticket was to Shanghai South Station. After getting off the train, I searched for the closest hotel to the station, which was Zhongxing. It was a 10-minute walk to the hotel. The staff upgraded my room when possible and even prepared a new product for me. My takeout order was also delivered directly to my room. All the staff at check-in were fantastic, especially Xiao Yin, Xiao Tan, Xiao Zhao, and Xiao Zhu – they were all excellent!

The hotel has a quiet and peaceful environment with lush greenery and refreshing air. The staff are gentle, polite, and provide meticulous service, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The overall style is upscale and cozy. I will definitely be back again.
