Returned to stay again because I liked it the previous time. Thank you for the kind gesture to give us a freeze upgrade (though we didn’t make use of the loft at all). Been to so many hotel stays before but this is the first time seeing a toilet bowl full of pee stain when we lifted up the cover. Informed the concierge, only to have the housekeeping to come in and clean the toilet (just use chemicals to wipe and disinfect) in front of us. There’s no change of room discussion btw. This uncleaned toilet bowl is unacceptable but other than this, I’m ok with the hotel.

First thing to note is that this hotel has two wings. Heritage and Main Tower. The heritage wing is located amongst a row of shophouses and retains the style of a hundred years ago. Very different experience as compared to cookie cutter normal rooms. Positives: - large 38 square metre room - Lovely lovely room design - Comfortable bed and choice of pillow menu - TV has Chromecast (media hub as well) - double vanity sinks - superb water pressure Negatives - no bedside usb charging (there are usb charging ports by the work desk) - manual curtains and blinds - no heated toilet bowl nor bidet - fixed shower hose position is a little bothersome

Had a 1 day staycation and we love the room. The room and bathroom are both spacious. We upgraded (pay an additional fee) at the front desk to a city view one as the one we purchased has no view. There’s a speaker and an analog alarm clock in the room. There’s also Nespresso machine with reusable capsules. The first snack bar are free of charge. The body soap is good quality. I only wish for the bedroom slippers to be the normal ones not the flip flop (as seen on image). Only thing is the food at Mr Stork was not good. The breakfast is so so.

Very good for couples looking for a staycation. We just went to the hotel for our marriage anniversary and enjoyed our day with each other. The facilities such as swimming and gym were great. You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to families travelling. It is so near shops, restaurants and mrt station (lavender). Although room is quite small, it offered what we need, the bed, smart tv, shower and toilet. We didnt get to use the pool due to our very limited stay in SG. Our room AC was not working when we arrived very late at around 12 mn. My toddler was sweating. In the morning, we had it fixed by maintenance and it was working fine after.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌

Check in was swift. Room appointed was as per request. Staff was very professional, polite & kind. Room is of a comfortable size, wish the toilet could have been slightly bigger as my mom is an elderly/bigger build thus the entrance door to the washroom was slight squeezy for her comfort. is very comfortable to sleep in, bathrobes provided we're nicely hanged. Lobby has a Starbucks cafe, great/convenient to pick-up your coffee needs! Room 1603, twin beds standard. Highly recommend for its strategic location (just at exit stn of FARRER PRK MRT) & GREAT STAFF/SERVICE THANK U TO THE ENTIRE HOTEL TEAM 🌟 🤩

This was really one of the best hotels we stayed at for a weekend family staycation given the price! Location is so good! It’s in between City Square mall & Mustafa Center. So many eateries around as well. Waiting area lounge is also so comfy with water and an ice cream machine which my children love! 🥰 The room was a superior king sized one which had an office chair and a sofa seat too along with a large table and smaller one. Toilet was also decent with shower area and toilet has a built in bidet. We were also kindly given a birthday cake as I noted that it was my son’s belated birthday! 🎂 We were on the 19th floor and there was an ice bucket in our room as there’s an ice dispenser outside. The view was good too from our room. 😍 Amenities such as pool and gym are all on the 6th floor. We didn’t get breakfast this round but we would love to be back to try it the next round! 😊

I chose the deluxe twin bed, which was really comfortable for two couples; the single beds were quite spacious. The hotel is large and clean, with well-maintained facilities. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient. Although the breakfast options are not extensive, they still serve nice food.

It was the best hotel choice I've ever did. As it was my first time in Singapore i wasnt expecting much since i didnt know the places well. Upon arrival, I was so excited that the hotel were strategically in front of City square Mall, beside the Mustafa Centre that opens 24/7 and MRT Farrer Park Station is just only a few minutes walking distance (located in City Square Mall). Lots of choices for dining is an advantage. Love that the ijooz vending machine is just down the hotel perfect for an evening sip of orange juice which cost you only 2sgd. The room is legit as in the picture shown. It was so great for 5A 1C. Need to mention it is a budget hotel so it is advisable for you to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush since they didn't provide. But it wasnt a problem at all for me we can always buy at the mustafa centre

We were told originally we would pay on arrival, we got an invoice around 3 days before we arrived to say we’d paid but had a free upgrade to a 6 bed (there were only 4 of us) with a private bathroom. We didn’t realise they were taking the money prior to our arrival however this wasn’t a massive issue but would have been nice to be aware! Staff were lovely, we didn’t actually have a private bathroom but again it was alright for the price we paid. Beds were kind of comfy, some more than others (the doubles), the singles felt a bit like a lilo and very plasticky! Rooms were very tight to get through but again, not horrendous! It’s quite a noisy building, however the location is brilliant! Centre of little India and close to a few DT MRTS (rocher, bugis, little India) - and the food around it is lush! - but for backpackers I wouldn’t say it’s the most social, I’m unsure about the other 7 wonders around Singapore but this one was very quiet in the respect of meeting others!

Located right next to a bus stop and a 5-minute walk from a MRT station, this budget hotel screams value. Two restaurants right at the ground floor of the premises and a very famous Indian restaurant (A2B) within 3 minutes walk away, good food is very close by. Mustafa centra is a 5-minute walk. A no-frills, impeccably clean hotel in a great location - excellent value for money. We stayed there for 9 nights and every morning the cleaning team was prompt to leave our room blushing clean. My request for extra towels were immediately taken care of and seen through all 9 days. 24-hour hot water and air-conditioning were top-notch. Special shout-out to Ms Pam and Richard at the front desk who gave us wonderful tips about their country and made us feel right at home. The room cleaning persons (sorry, I missed taking their names) did a fabulous job every single day! I was travelling with 2 young kids and had requested a room on a higher floor with a double bed. They were able to accommodate me on their 7th floor (not noisy at night) but could provide me with only twin beds. This was a minor blip in the otherwise exceptional service provided my the hotel. Rooms near the lift tend to be a bit noisy throughout the day. Room # 710 was great - 7th floor and far from the lift. I'd recommend this place again to anyone looking for a no-frills budget hotel in a great location.

Lady and the staff here were especially accommodating - organising taxis and transport for us; plus recommending things to do whilst we were in town. The place was in the perfect location so easy to walk to the city centre or the train station. Will definitely come back!!!!

Room is small but facilities complete. The bed is comfortable. The air conditioning can be switched to fan only, which is what I wanted. No hassle checking in and out. On Saturday and Sunday the streets nearby were packed with people. A short walk away from Little India MRT. We had a good stay.
