the room was very clean, service was great, didnt have a chance to experience breakfast. I was a little disappointed to not find a mini refrigerator or microwave in the room, as the other days inns ive been to had them in rooms at the same price.

Im here on business working. Noticed the shower had very poor water pressure and the tub dose not drain. Went to the front desk asked them if they could have maintenance look at and fix it. Yes the young lady at the front dest was very very nice and offered to switch me rooms but i have alot and that was the last thing I wanted or should have to switch rooms after working 12 hour days. I mean you walk around youll see electrical boxes on the out side of the hotel taped up with electrical tape so much easier to put a screw in. But I guess the maintenance guy works when ever he wants you can see it . Housekeeping lmao had them clean the room what a joke. Bed was made like a first grader made it. Tale a white towel to the floor the towel turned black but they want to charge $109 and up for rooms. Sister hotel Days Inn same thing not pet friendly nasty ran down. Hick Wydram is allowing these hotels to get ran down but they want to charge us top dollar and cant give you what you pay for. Management and Maintenance and hosekeeping to be looked and a probatipn time frame because both places it was very very very very poor. All most like its a joke. Front desk customer service awsome at this hotel. Days in everything was a joke . Wydram is allowing there hotels To go into the dumps I have asked three days for a new shower head. Hick I would do better with a bucket and hose. Just be in a tent. The Young lady at the desk very very nice not her fault great customer service hamds down.

Ok so the only plus is the room was clean! We arrived for a pre booked 10 night stay & yes we were early but I went in the office anyway to be greeted with “Check in is 4.00” & she walked away We went & ate lunch and did some shopping we needed to do & got back just after 3.00, rather than just sit in the truck & went in to see if there was any chance of checking in, same lady walks out from the back & says “I told you 4.00” I said I know but surely they had a room ready, she then said “You have 2 dogs & a cat” I said “no we have 1 dog” Her “No 2 dogs & a cat” Me “No 1 dog” She then said she had told us not to come back last time, we had stayed there in Sept 21 & we hadn’t even seen her!! I said she had me confused with someone else & she said No Then she tried to say we hadn’t paid for the room until I showed her the receipt She then told me I could cancel but I didn’t as it was prepaid & non refundable so I didn’t want to get into that. Also it was Brimfield week so everywhere is pretty much booked up Then she said it’s $400 for the dog I said again no it’s 1 dog at $20 per night I also let her know that last time we stayed a man had called the owner and let me pay $100 with a $100 refundable on cc Her reply “No he didn’t” & asked me how I was paying for the dog, I handed her my credit card, she then said if you pay cash I’ll make it $150 So I paid her then she handed me the key & said “Don’t come back” The room was clean but old & the furniture was scratched and old We were then woken up early every morning & kept awake some evenings by people upstairs walking about! Sounded like there was zero insulation between floors!!! When we checked out this morning she admitted she had mistaken us for someone else but her apology came way too late We will not be back

We stayed here for a night after our flight was delayed getting into Bradley airport and we needed a place to stay at the last minute before continuing our trip, and this place was very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was very welcome, as we were tired and disheveled. The room was comfortable and quiet, and we slept well. The room felt slightly outdated, and the walls were a bit thin, but it was clean and decently sized. There's a complimentary hot/cold breakfast buffet, which was pretty good. Overall, we'd stay here again if needed.

Hurry for a night, the hotel is very close to the highway, the surrounding environment is very good, the room is clean, the stay is very simple, there is not much service, breakfast has coffee, cereal and milk, as well as bread and fruit, very good!

The title states why we chose this hotel. Price was great and the hotel was relatively new and therefore clean and tidy. Breakfast was included- nothing to write home about but did the trick. Just one lift made it a little bit challenging to get up/down from room in a hurry. And the other issue I had was with the noisy aircon unit in the room. Other than this, the hotel was excellent value to be near Treehouse to enjoy one of the world’s best breweries. There are food options for delivery nearby (we chose McDs to soak up the beer) and there’s a Panera in the hotel car park.

If advertised amenities like the pool or breakfast are important to you, better call before your arrival because they WILL NOT TELL YOU, even when you check in, that they are not available! The pool and hot tub were out of commission. One staffer said it was due to ”tile work.” Why would you do that on a holiday weekend? The next day, the manager said they were expecting a Health Department inspection and wanted to keep everything in order for that. Excuse me? The filters in the A/C were plugged with dust, not good if you have allergies, the manager did change them as soon as I found them but is that MY job? Exterior doors were propped open, compromising security. When I pointed it out, they closed them, but the next morning they were propped open again. They also hit my credit card for over $73 ”in case of incidentals”. This is not posted anywhere, was in direct conflict with the policy written on the receipt, and this charge DOES NOT APPEAR on my receipt. The manager assures me the charge will be removed in ”two or three days”. But it should not be there to begin with, and they can easily deny it even exists. The room and breakfast were very good but all told, we would have been better off at the Super 8 across the street!

Hello my name is Jonathan my wife and I checked in to Marriott Auburn Massachusetts under emergency circumstances where I could not find either a handicapped apartment or home to lease for my wife and myself we paid all the pocket over a 9-month period over $32,000 from the day we checked in I was not sure how long we were going to be there because that depended upon us finding housing for my wife who has mobility difficulties upon checking in I asked the hotel about the Marriott points that would entire the last two a free night over 9 months I gave them $32,000 and never received even one free night upon talking with another couple who was staying there for a similar situation they had only been there a little over 3 months and when they told me they had received 15 free nights or more at that point I went in to speak with the manager it ended up where we were evicted after giving them over $32,000 and never even receiving one free night the other couple who the gentleman was a black man and his fiance who was pregnant with wife were also forced out of the hotel by the hotel in local police which was a fracture of their civil rights as a couple legally the police did not have the authority to remove them nevertheless they did the state police did not defend this couple nor the local police could never get a complaint into corporate they just did not seem to care I am writing this review to let you know that I would never recommend Marriott for anything the manager of that particular hotel treated both me and my wife and that of a couple in a way that should be criminal
