Aakari11The hospitality was great and it was an inn that I wanted to visit again.
First of all, the matcha served at check-in was very delicious and impressive. All the staff were always polite and thorough, and it was very comfortable.
I thought dinner and breakfast were the best to take any taste, temperature, explanation, or anything.
The room and bath were clean and clean. I was grateful that he had a refa and nanocare dryer.
If you are lost, I would recommend staying once.

CCaobaogangThe hotel is not located near any public transportation. It is less than 10 minutes by taxi from Izu Kogen Station. We arrived at Izu Kogen Station around 11 am and called the hotel. The hotel replied that they could not pick us up and would send a car after 3 pm. We could only take a taxi to the hotel and then store our luggage. We would check in after 3 pm. We planned to go to Omuro Mountain first. The hotel staff said that they could not send a car to Omuro Mountain and asked us to walk to the nearest bus stop, which was said to be about 800 meters and about 10 minutes. However, we walked all the way uphill and it took us almost half an hour. We almost got heatstroke. Then we took the bus and arrived at Omuro Mountain in one stop. We returned to the hotel and took a taxi. We went back to the hotel to discuss check-out the next day because we had to catch a train at around 7 o'clock the next day. We asked if the hotel could send a car to take us at 6:30, but the answer was no. We asked the hotel to help book a taxi. At first, they said that they might not have one because it was too early and that they couldn't contact us... Later, the taxi company replied that they could have a car, which made us feel relieved. In summary, the hotel's shuttle bus only operates around 3 p.m., so if you need to catch an early or late bus, it's best to book a bus in advance. Also, the hotel staff's English proficiency is relatively low.

If you have a suitcase, it is recommended to take a taxi for about 50 yuan. There are no scenic spots nearby and no sea view in the residential area. There is only a garden view that is generally neglected. Arrive at 2 o’clock. There was no reception at the door. Check-in started at 2:30. This hotel said check-in was at 3:00 and one person would check in. I was given a room first. I was shocked. I have stayed in ten rooms and never had a view. This one has no view at all, only the entire living room and bedroom. The window was half closed because there was no view. I immediately went downstairs and asked the hotel to change rooms. It was inconsistent with the order. The hotel said that there was no way. I immediately contacted Ctrip. I hope that the Ctrip guy can change it to a room with a large window. The view is still average, but I am very satisfied. The room is large and has an average size. There is also a strange Japanese-style sliding door that cannot be opened, which makes people think of bad service. And the food and beverage included in the restaurant is a bit lower than the average in the world. There are only two bottles of bulk water in the refrigerator for free. Other charges are not as good as the last time I stayed in Hoshino Kai Enshu Ito Kai. It is family-friendly and has a swimming pool with a cypress bubble. The other experience of the pool is very average. There are about a dozen rooms with half-windows and no view at all. It is completely meaningless to stay in such a room. There are very few rooms with a view shown on Ctrip. It is difficult to arrange for Hoshino World in Ito. The hotel is called Anzhen Express Hotel, which is the same but has a sea view. In short, the two areas in Ito are average. I used to make reservations frequently and was very disappointed last time. I only booked one this time and the experience was average. DDongguaxuanHow should I put this? I came to experience the Hoshino Resorts Kai brand, and overall, everything from the facilities and ambiance to the service and food justified the 5k price tag. However, for 5k, you could also book a hotel with a private onsen. This particular hotel is more suited for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. I wouldn't really recommend it for families with children, possibly due to privacy concerns. The hotel lobby itself was hard to find, and getting there would be quite a hassle without a car or private transfer. The meals also weren't very kid-friendly; my children didn't eat well for either breakfast or dinner.
