The hotel is not located near any public transportation. It is less than 10 minutes by taxi from Izu Kogen Station. We arrived at Izu Kogen Station around 11 am and called the hotel. The hotel replied that they could not pick us up and would send a car after 3 pm. We could only take a taxi to the hotel and then store our luggage. We would check in after 3 pm. We planned to go to Omuro Mountain first. The hotel staff said that they could not send a car to Omuro Mountain and asked us to walk to the nearest bus stop, which was said to be about 800 meters and about 10 minutes. However, we walked all the way uphill and it took us almost half an hour. We almost got heatstroke. Then we took the bus and arrived at Omuro Mountain in one stop. We returned to the hotel and took a taxi. We went back to the hotel to discuss check-out the next day because we had to catch a train at around 7 o'clock the next day. We asked if the hotel could send a car to take us at 6:30, but the answer was no. We asked the hotel to help book a taxi. At first, they said that they might not have one because it was too early and that they couldn't contact us... Later, the taxi company replied that they could have a car, which made us feel relieved. In summary, the hotel's shuttle bus only operates around 3 p.m., so if you need to catch an early or late bus, it's best to book a bus in advance. Also, the hotel staff's English proficiency is relatively low.

First of all, I like Ctrip’s efficient service. The hotel does not have pick-up and drop-off service from Ito Station. If you have a suitcase, it is recommended to take a taxi for about 50 yuan. There are no scenic spots nearby and no sea view in the residential area. There is only a garden view that is generally neglected. Arrive at 2 o’clock. There was no reception at the door. Check-in started at 2:30. This hotel said check-in was at 3:00 and one person would check in. I was given a room first. I was shocked. I have stayed in ten rooms and never had a view. This one has no view at all, only the entire living room and bedroom. The window was half closed because there was no view. I immediately went downstairs and asked the hotel to change rooms. It was inconsistent with the order. The hotel said that there was no way. I immediately contacted Ctrip. I hope that the Ctrip guy can change it to a room with a large window. The view is still average, but I am very satisfied. The room is large and has an average size. There is also a strange Japanese-style sliding door that cannot be opened, which makes people think of bad service. And the food and beverage included in the restaurant is a bit lower than the average in the world. There are only two bottles of bulk water in the refrigerator for free. Other charges are not as good as the last time I stayed in Hoshino Kai Enshu Ito Kai. It is family-friendly and has a swimming pool with a cypress bubble. The other experience of the pool is very average. There are about a dozen rooms with half-windows and no view at all. It is completely meaningless to stay in such a room. There are very few rooms with a view shown on Ctrip. It is difficult to arrange for Hoshino World in Ito. The hotel is called Anzhen Express Hotel, which is the same but has a sea view. In short, the two areas in Ito are average. I used to make reservations frequently and was very disappointed last time. I only booked one this time and the experience was average. The quality of the breakfast and dinner that comes with the hotel room is also very high. It is a Japanese-style fixed-food meal, but it is rich in variety. The wine on the wine list included in the dinner includes a variety of Japanese and Western wines, and you can enjoy unlimited drinks. The breakfast offers a variety of juices and milk. You can also order unlimited meals. It can be said that the meals are satisfying and slightly acceptable. Stunning. The hotel's two large hot springs on the 9th floor do not need to make an appointment, and are open at any time. As long as no one can enter, no one can enter after entering. The rest of the time is a private hot spring moment, especially the open air. Although the hotel does not provide pick-up service from the station to the hotel, you can reserve the service from the hotel to Ito Station upon check-out. The departure time from Idong Station seems to be from 9:00 in the morning to 12 o'clock in the morning, every 30 minutes, the car is a small business car, and the ride is very comfortable. It can be said that this is a hotel that only needs to stay in, even if it does not leave the hotel for a day, it will not be boring, and it will be very recommended for the residents to enjoy during their stay.

Before we booked here I read some review from locals (Japanese) said that better to book somewhere else as this hotel is very pricey and offers low value. For example the dinner and breakfast are not impressive and not enough. Feels to me they use mostly cheaper ingredients for good presentation only. Worst point is they do not serve coffee/tea during breakfast and ask you to make yourself at the lobby with those premix which is a turn off. Especially after the high room price we paid. Like the other locals said : better to spend the money elsewhere

The location is a bit remote, on the mountain, but there is a parking lot. It is highly recommended for friends who drive by themselves. Although the setting is relatively old, it is cheap, clean, and very quiet. There is a golf course downstairs, which can provide golf entertainment. The hotel also has hot springs for soaking

I made it with breakfast! There were Japanese, Western, curry, and local dishes, all of which were delicious and I ate a lot! 😋💕 The room was very clean and comfortable. The hot spring on the top floor was also very good! I would like to stay if I have another chance.

The food was very good. The only disappointing thing was that even though it was Golden Week, there were mosquitoes everywhere in the large building that had overwintered, and my child was bitten by many of them. It was a shame that he was covered in insect bites at the end of April. Mosquitoes also came into the room from the hallway when the door was opened and closed. I killed 10 of them. Also, it was a problem that the shower temperature in the large public bath on the first floor was 40 degrees and the lever could not be changed. Why don't they make it possible to change the temperature? My child said it was too hot, which was a problem.
