If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

The room is clean and the amenities are good but I have some concern about the toilet bowl of the room where i stay the toilet bowl is not functioning and the flush button is broken.. I hope the management will fix this little problem in the room.. thank you 😊 I'm a satisfied customer here ❤️

We had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

Location is the best feature. It's in the middle of everything (fastfood chains, Lawson, Watsons) and NAIA Terminal 3 is just walkable (if you don't have heavy luggages). In our case, we have heavy luggages, so we opted to book a GRAB car to go to NAIA 3, and we paid only 80pesos. FYI, we paid around 220p for our GRAB car from NAIA 3 to Henry's the night before (I don't know why, but maybe the trip from NAIA was a little longe). Anyways, that's how near it is to and from NAIA 3. It's our 2nd time staying at Henry's Newport, and we'll definitely stay there again when we need an overnight stay in Manila before our international flights.👍👍👍

Had a smooth check in. Just a little confusing about so many towers but they are all in one place anyway. Its very close to moa. Room was good. You get what you pay for. For this cheap price we cant expect too much. We are just satisfied its clean. Thank you will be back again.

Check-in was super easy and convenient, highly recommend! The surrounding area is great, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options. It made for a really comfortable trip. The service was also very smooth; I could contact customer service anytime to resolve any issues.

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go. They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in. Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay. The place is nice and comfortable to stay. My son was happy staying in this place. Thank you. And it’s closer to MOA easy to go there.

The location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
