HOTEL IL FIORE KASAI

Tokyo|0.21km from Kasai

This is a beautiful hotel set in a nice, quiet location, with all the amenities close by for a relaxed stay in Tokyo. It's a clean tidy comfortable hotel (4/5 star rating). The luxurious rooms come with en suite bathrooms, toiletries, A/C, heating, flat screen TV, tea/coffee facility, daily room service and so on. There is also complimentary coffee/tea available all day in the lounge area on the ground floor. Kasai subway station is only a minute's walk from the hotel to visit attractions/places of interest in Tokyo. Bus station is also located within walking distance (just near KFC) for travelling to Narita & Haneda international airports. Restaurants, fast food outlets like kfc/McDonald, convenience stores etc are all located nearby. The Buffet style breakfast provided (with a very limited selection) could have been a bit better though. Especially on the day of our departure at 06:30 am in the morning, the restaurant was serving breakfast but it wasn't buffet style, instead Japanese Obento box meal was served with Rice, Veggies, piece of Fish etc which was obviously also cold. (That would have been okay for lunch perhaps!) Most overseas guests, including us gave it a miss. The Restaurant is also quite small in capacity and guests are permitted in batches of about 25 people at a time, to sit down for breakfast. So if you are late, you have to join the queue and wait patiently or give it a miss if you are in a hurry to depart somewhere. As such, on this issue, there is certainly room for improvement for the hotel. But apart from this, Ilfiore is a beautiful, comfortable hotel in Tokyo as mentioned. The staff are also very polite, courteous & helpful. Il fiore means -- the Flower! Well, we were fortunate to witness some the Cherry Blossom during our stay in Japan! We had a wonderful time in Japan. We will probably visit again but until then we say... Domo Arigatou &... Sayonara! Malay Adhikari (Melbourne, Australia)

The hotel is well located coming from HND. We took the Airport Limousine bus from Haneda to Kasai Station and walked from the station to the hotel (about 3 blocks). It would be easy to get from Narita as well by taking the NEX (Narita Express) from NRT to Tokyo Station and transferring to the Tozai Line at Nihonbashi station, then walking from Kasai station to the hotel. The neighborhood has a suburb feel and there is lots around the hotel. A discount grocery store is directly next door. Several convenience stores are close, and the 100-Yen Lawson is across the street. Many restaurants are also within walking distance of the hotel. Kasai Station is a very easy 5-minute walk from the hotel and is on the Tozai Line that goes directly into central Tokyo (Nihonbashi) from there, it's easy to go anywhere in Tokyo. The room was small for three people, but manageable. The beds are high enough to tuck suitcases underneath. There is not closet, but if you are creative, you can have three people and 6-suitcases in the room and still walk around! Large bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in the bathroom and a large bottle of foaming hand/face wash on the sink. Our room had a washer/dryer and a large fridge/freezer for convenience. A/C worked well. My only complaint about the room is that even after their major refresh last year, there aren't a lot of electrical plugs to charge 21-century devices. When I counted there was 4 USB outlets and 4 electrical outlets. More outlets would have been nice. Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast area on the ground floor. Croissants, filled croissants, pullman loaf slices, scrambled eggs, sausages, potato salad, cabbage/lettuce salad are currently on the menu. It's ample and filling until your next meal in Tokyo. A decent breakfast. Housekeeping for the room was daily and well done. All in all, a great choice for your next trip to Tokyo. I would stay again. Highly recommended. Service is great.

This hotel is small, there is no front desk staff, and the IPad in the foyer communicates with the staff to get the access code. The room is compact but the facilities are perfect and new, the bathroom and bathroom are quite spacious, and the kitchenette is also very practical. Walking to Gexi Station and Disney by car is very close, there is a supermarket convenience store opposite the door, the living facilities for dining and haircuts are very complete, in general, if you don't stay in the room all day, you will live comfortably and cost-effective. A good place to visit Disney, go to the city center is also OK, Shinjuku Ginza for half an hour. The picture is the Disney shuttle point.

Clean and tidy, many supplies and electrical appliances can be used, such as cooking utensils, drying racks, washing machines, bathrooms and toilets are separated, there are many plugs for use, heating and cooling is very good. The bed is very wide, there are many quilts and pillows available, only self-check-in takes time. There is a sushi restaurant open until very late downstairs, and there is a large 7–11 convenience store, but there is no parking lot, you need to find other parking lots at your own expense. And the location of the hotel is more convenient for people who go by car.

There was also a coin laundry 5 minutes away, which was convenient! Also, being able to leave my suitcase there before check-in was very helpful! There was a 100 Yen Lawson 2 minutes away from the hotel, and a Lawson, 7-Eleven, and McDonald's about 5 minutes away. In front of the station, there were plenty of cafes, Doutor, Family Mart, Lotteria, restaurants, Yayoiken, Gusto, etc.

A local friend went to Tokyo at work and I took a room. This hotel chain was the first time to see it in various places. The front desk is normal. The rooms were clean but I felt small. It is an average business hotel with a reasonable price. However, the bed was good and I could sleep well. This is the most important for me. I thought I would use this hotel chain more from next time.
