During our six-night stay at this hotel in July 2023, we had high expectations of a luxurious experience. However, the room quality proved to be far from what we anticipated, and it significantly impacted our vacation. Negative Aspects of the Room: The first impression of the hotel was positive, but as our stay progressed, we encountered numerous issues with the rooms: Malfunctioning reading lamp: One night, we discovered that the reading lamp was not working, and despite reporting the issue, it couldn't be fixed promptly. Non-functional phone hand-set: The phone in our room was unusable, forcing us to call reception through the base set with a speaker, which was inconvenient. Unstable and noisy beds: While the beds were comfortable, they were unfortunately unstable and produced bothersome noises with the slightest movement. Lack of curtains: Instead of curtains, the room had grey metal walls to darken the space, which gave the room a cold ambiance. Absence of carpets: The absence of carpets and the presence of only a grey or white surface added to the room's lack of warmth and comfort. Complicated room design: The design featured a moving door separating the shower from the living area, which never closed entirely, requiring constant adjustments to ensure privacy. Inconvenient towel placement: Towels were placed inside the bath, making it difficult to access them without having to climb inside or open the separation wall at a specific location. Tiny sinks: The sinks were so small that using them often resulted in water spraying back and leaving us wet. Confusing AC usage: Understanding whether the AC was on, off, or just ventilating proved to be challenging, as we had to rely solely on the sound it made. Water supply disruption: We got a notice one day prior, that a complete shutdown of water supply is planned for 3 hours from 10:30-13:30. Random light switches: The room was filled with light switches, and some of them worked unpredictably, controlling whichever light without any discernible logic. Insufficient lighting: Despite all lights being on, the room remained dark, making it uncomfortable for various activities. Despite the room issues, there were some positive aspects of our stay: Reception staff: The staff at the reception was commendable in their efforts to accommodate us. They were kind, attentive, and clearly well-trained in providing good service. They offered us several rooms, but there was nothing they could do as all rooms we saw had more or less the same problems. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and most of the time, the breakfast staff provided excellent service. Location: Prime location near Donaukanal and 5 minutes walk from the Schwedenplatz metro station. It is within walking distance to Stephansplatz. The area feels safe and friendly at night. The sum it up I would not recommend a long stay at this hotel because of the rooms' low quality and the cold, dark, complicated

The house at Wehlistrasse 153 was built in 1900 by the master builder Klima. He called the Reichsbueckehof. This name still stands on the façade of the building. As a master builder he was able to use the best and most expensive materials. We benefit from this to this day, as the substance of the house is of outstanding quality. This allowed us to convert any reconstruction work around the former art nouveau residential building, which was decorated with the most splendid are nouveau elements both inside and out, into a modern apartment hotel.Today, in 2019 the Best Western Plus Celebrity Suites shines in new splendor and yet the historic look has been retained.48 state-of-the-art apartments, both technically and stylistically, make this house, located between the Danube and Vienna’s green lung, the Prater, a jewel in the heart of the city. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and modern bathrooms. The apartments for up to eight guests can be used for short or long term stays.A varied breakfast buffet as well as a bar in the lounge area offering snacks and drinks round off the gastronomic offer. The reception team, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any inquiries, is looking forward to your visit. Furthermore, guests can clean their laundry in the in-house coin laundry and of course, the Best Western Plus Celebrity Suites has a professionally equipped fitness room with Technogym equipment.Public transportation such as subway, rapid transit, bus and airport buses are in the immediate vicinity, if you want to travel by car, you can use our garage in the adjacent building to park your car comfortably. The Rosenberg family and the team of the Best Western Plus Celebrity Suites in Vienna are looking forward to welcoming you.

The radiotherapy is very clean, close to the subway station and the Danube, it is very convenient to travel, the car can be parked on the side of the hotel road. The lobby is clean and comfortable. There is a corner garden outside, where you can eat in the garden. It is suitable for traveling with children for the whole family and also suitable for business trips alone. Very manager, super cost-effective!

It is an amazing hotel, very modern building and outstanding design however, you don’t get the full experience without paying extra for level rooms which also would means having breakfast on the rooftop as opposed to the ground floor. Very modern and classy rooms, several interesting gadgets. Good location I suppose, close to the train station. Breakfast was good with a vast variety of food and drinks.

The room was large, very convenient, and the service was good. I booked it with a friend, and they were very satisfied, especially the praise for breakfast. The price of Ctrip was fair.

Stayed here for one night recently whilst connecting. Chose it as part of IHG and it’s on subway like u1 and connects straight to the main railway station and also Into Stephensplatz for the heart of the city Although in a mainly residential area it is 5 mins walk from the nearest metro station and a 15 min walk to millennium city and 10 on train to a massive Westfield shopping centre but not much in the way of restaurants or bars nearby You can tell it’s been an old hotel done up and rebranded but the quality of the referb is first class , simple reception area with very helpful staff. Restaurant and bar just off of that and served a great breakfast with a really good selection Room was very tasteful and pretty big tv with some English channels and a really comfortable bed although only plug socket rather than usb beside bed The bathroom is the main area you could tell it had been an old hotel, pretty plain , same fittings and bath over shower. Although it was large I’d say this would be the only area the hotel could focus on to improve but I’d definitely recommend and would stay again even though it’s not right in the city centre

Great location, very roomy and comfy, a little quirky. For example, American travelers might expect coffee or a hot water carafe in the room. There is a small Nespresso machine but you’ll need to walk a few blocks to get a proper cup,of coffee in the morning, The staff is amazingly friendly and the gym/sauna area is nice. Did not get to the restaurant but it looked nice. Close to Prater and to the U1 station, a short stroll to the Danube. It’s nice to be in a Vienna neighborhood as opposed to downtown in the Center.

The hotel is wonderfully located providing accessibility to train services, airport buses and the tourist bus. The staff are also very friendly. However, the check in process is problematic as it makes things difficult for early arrivals; my flight arrived Vienna by 6am and I reached the hotel by 9am but was not allowed to check in till 3pm otherwise I pay €30 which I think is exploitative. I also expect the hotel to be providing drinking waters to the rooms daily as is presently the case. I spent 12 days, aside the complimentary water provided on arrival no water was provided even after I asked for water. My request for cultery was not responded to till I checked out 3 days later. Moreover, there is no variety in the breakfast as same thing was served everyday for 12 days. Over all I enjoyed my stay and will likely stay again.
