I had a great stay and would definitely return. Location is great, close to all main attractions. The hotel is modern, rooms are very spacious and have excellent bed, shower, bathtub, bathroom amenities. Most importantly, the rooms have very good soundproofing. You won't have issues with noise here. Breakfast is plentiful, the coffee is very good quality, the breakfast staff are very courteous. Bar and restaurant are beautifully designed and have a good selection of food and drinks. All the staff I met were very nice and professional. Only thing to consider: the rooms with courtyard view are in fact facing another building so you don't really have a view. I would book a room with a city view. Thank you very much, I will be back.

The location is very good, the service is very good, the bellman quickly delivers luggage to the room, the guest room provides a large bottle of mineral water every day, due to the evening flight when leaving, although the front desk can not check out late, but can provide a gym locker key for guests to change Or shower. This is truly an extraordinary, amazing hotel. The location just could not be any better, right next to the Opera House in the centre of Vienna. You can walk to most everything or there are major tram and Metro lines right outside the door. The hotel itself is classic and luxurious with old world charm, like being in a beautiful museum. And the rooms; without a doubt, this is the nicest hotel room I have ever had. It was spacious and comfortable with classic furnishings, sumptuous, exquisite bedding and delicious smelling toiletries. But the best part about this hotel is the staff. Genuinely warm and helpful service from everyone we encountered. From before we even arrived until the moment we left, we were made to feel welcome and valued. The concierge, the restaurant staff, front desk, housekeeping; no one could have been nicer, more helpful, or more accommodating. The breakfast was beyond excellent with the crowning touch being a honeycomb with fresh honey from their very own beehive on the roof of the hotel. I just can't wait to come back. Do yourself a favor and choose the Hotel Bristol when in Vienna. You will not be disappointed.

This is our third time in Vienna in the last six years, and our third time at Hotal Imperial. They've always taken great care of us and this time we received a really nice room upgrade on arrival, which was a great surprise after an all-night flight. The concierge service is great and so are the in-room treats we were left each day. Service and food at Cafe Imperial are great, and the doorman even remembered us from our last visit two years ago. Best of all is the prime location -- we could walk to just about everyplace in the old part of Vienna. If you get the chance, you need to stay here. We'll definitely be back.

We showed up at the hotel needing to change our room as our kids joined us after all. Antonio was exceptional in his approach to helping solve our issue. I never felt as though I was a burden as he juggled room options to get us into a solution. Having lived in Dubai for 10 years and enjoyed outstanding service it was really a relief to encounter Antonio in Vienna. My past experience is certainly not what I had with Antonio. Outstanding service. The hotel was wonderful. Great bed! Great water pressure for the shower. Overall a great visit and I can see is visiting Grand Hotel Wien again.

This is a nice old style, old world hotel with big bedrooms and a nice position just a 15 to 20 minute walk into the center. All the staff were fantastic couldn’t be more helpful. Comfortable rooms decent shower a handy self-service snack bar downstairs. If you walk out of the hotel and turn right and walk up to the junction 25 minutes on the left-hand side, you’ll see on the corner a restaurant it’s round shaped restaurant, they do a fantastic club sandwich and chips. Also lovely local beer fantastic staff there as well.

The location is very good, a bunch of famous shops nearby, it is very convenient to go to museums or important attractions, all on foot. The concierge helped book a seven-person car to visit the farther attractions such as Schönbrunn Palace. The driver was very nice and there was no additional charge for the timeout.

I stayed here in May 2022 for 4 nights in a standard double. Room was nice size, nice view overlooking the street and easy to get around Vienna. It was central but wasn't really close to centre, it took me about 30 minutes to walk to Karlsplatz but I didn't mind as I like walking anyway and walked from the hotel to the centre every day. If you don't mind walking, it's an ideal base to explore the city. There is also the subway station Margaretengurtel nearby if you prefer. Bathroom was nice, clean and basic. I was given a room with velux (slanted) ceiling, to be honest, I'm not that keen on velux ceilings but that didn't matter as didn't affect my stay. There was a tiny minor issue, I noticed the light bulb in the entrance made a wierd buzz noise when on, so I told reception about this, who said they will get maintenance to look into it. Unfortunately no one came. It wasn't that much of a deal and I lived with it. The noise only buzzed when the light was on, so I just turned it off when sleeping. Apart from that, I had a very good stay. Good room in good location with easy access to the main attractions in Vienna.

One of the worst hotels I had ever been either in Europe or outside Europe We arrived at the morning at 10 am and the rooms was not ready and guess what?!! The reason they told us that they didn’t have enough people working in room service After we checked in at 2 pm my colleague find the bed in his room isn’t clean with many hair and waste on and he asked them to clean it but they replied that he need to change the room as again the room service isn’t ready to clean it I asked them about massage service and they checked and told me it’ll be available at 5 pm and when I went there I found a guy waiting for me and I told them I don’t feel comfortable with a man doing a massage for me as it’s normally she has to be a lady and then they asked me to pay 30€ as a fees for cancellation as they got him as a private trainer from outside hotel and when I asked why you didn’t tell me all of these details in advance they replied that this is the normal case and I have to ask The food quality was always bad specially in the breakfast and in general you feel you’re in a hostel not in hotel because of lack of services

Due to the incorrect contact information of the customer service, the hotel that was thought to have been booked with an airport shuttle was found to be not available after check-in. Ctrip had the first feedback and the front desk staff was very patient and instructive. However, it is really troublesome to take public transportation to the airport by yourself, and it is easy to buy the wrong ticket. If you go to the airport, it is recommended to choose a hotel with an airport shuttle or book a charter in advance. The room is very clean, you need to bring your own toiletries, and the bathroom is very small. It is barely OK for girls (turned around and touched the door handle several times). For taller men, it is recommended to choose some large rooms. Overall quite satisfactory.

This is a charming hotel just 2 blocks from the nearest subway stop (though Vienna is a very walkable and safe city, so I often bypassed it to walk anyway). Coffee/tea/hot chocolate is available for free throughout the day and evening, along with tea. Front desk is manned 24/7 with friendly helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and are very comfortable, with strong air conditioning that can be individually adjusted. Elevators are a bit confusing as there are two sets, one for one section of rooms and one for a different one (and one cannot use them interchangeably) but once you get used to that, it's not an issue. There is also an outdoor seating area, presumably used by smokers I imagine since the entire hotel is nonsmoking indoors. I had no problems here at all except a hair dryer that didn't work, so the front desk loaned me another one. It's a good value for Vienna. I would stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

This was our first time staying in an automated, efficiency-style apart-hotel and it was a good one! We weren't expecting daily cleaning service, so that was a very nice surprise! We loved having clean towels and fresh trash bags daily. It was wonderful having free washers and dryers in the basement... a godsend on a very long stay! I loved having a functioning towel warmer, too; most European towel warmers don't work as intended, sadly. All my communications with the Oliver Team were very prompt, kind, and professional. Check-in was easy and worked as advertised in prior outreach - again, a wonderful discovery when arriving late at night in an unfamiliar area. One day, housekeeping forgot 2 of our towels and didn't replace our kitchen paper towels/dishwasher detergent, but when I wrote in to customer service, they made it right the next day. We thought it was a little strange that housekeeping didn't make the beds - especially that they were just European-style duvets - but that was just an oddity, not an inconvenience. This try at a contactless residence program is working! I'd love to see more of these in the U.S.
