環境優美，空氣清新，周圍是茶園，一片碧綠。房間設施雖然不是太高檔，但衞生挺乾淨。民宿離婺女洲度假區很近，步行幾分鐘就到了。老闆夫妻倆很樸實，熱情，幫我們買早餐，還送我們雞蛋，看我們年紀大了，主動把我們送到車站，真讓人有點感動了！

房間挺好的 旁邊就是婺女洲走路十分左右 老闆娘知道我去還帶我了一程 房間也挺乾淨的 就是隔音稍微差了一點 老闆會告訴你怎麼走 導航定位就行 早上起床是公雞叫醒的 打開窗門口就是茶園~

非常nice的一對老夫妻在經營，雖然環境設施一般，但是在十一周遭對比是很好的性價比了，因為太晚沒能去成婺女洲度假區，不過也能望到一些煙花🎆，全是小確幸了

來婺源住得最開心的民宿，屬於一定會推薦給熟人的，離婺女洲很近，找不到地方老闆娘會出來接，很棒，另外，晚上看完打鐵花，走路不到10分鐘就到了，一點都不遠。房間乾淨衞生，被子很乾凈，有太陽的味道，晚上睡得超級舒服，超級喜歡，4樓就有曬衣服的地方。哦哦，還可以直接點外賣到民宿，很方便的。

房間很差😅，在一樓，房間裏一個大櫃子一個牀頭櫃，兩個櫃子裏全都是房東的雜物，有個理髮店的椅子，廁所在房間外面，真的很離譜，在人來人往的樓梯下，洗澡的時候樓梯來來往往的人，出來還要經過樓梯😅，花灑的噴頭一圈都是黃的臟東西，廁所窗也不知道怎麼回事洗澡之前看起來是那種磨砂的洗完之後看外面感覺挺清楚的想必外面看裏面也差不多，要不是因為當天爬山什麼的出了很多汗根本不會洗，一樓窗外面有很多雞並且從凌晨三點多久開始叫完全睡不着，整個房間唯一的好處就是離婺女洲近，不過婺女洲門口也有共享電瓶車😅別的都能忍，廁所在房間外面是真的忍不了

帶小孩出來比賽，之前舉辦法訊息不清楚，導至訂的老洪民宿離賽場太遠；老闆娘聽到我們的問題，二話不説就給我們提供了一輛可以帶小孩的電動車給我們免費使用，民宿乾淨衞生，環境優美，還提供洗衣機，7星好評。

是一棟小樓，房間不大，非常的乾淨！窗户都擦得很乾凈，窗外就是茶園景色。老闆娘人也很好！就是沒有一次性拖鞋，衹有塑料拖鞋。
