All I can say is this: next time I come to Xiamen, Jin Yan will be my first choice. If I meet relatives, friends or business guests, I strongly recommend choosing Jinyan. Because there is no way! There is really no way! On the last day of a trip, I thought I would make do with one night and take advantage of the free airport bus. I really didn’t expect it and I regret it! I regret not checking in earlier! I can't imagine any other hotel that can provide more perfect nanny-level services than Jin Yan! I must mention my thanks to Xiaolan, the butler whom the hotel ”rewarded” to me. She gave me extremely thoughtful, meticulous and even warm ”care” throughout my entire stay from check-in to check-out! I can't imagine that other hotels can be so generous in giving so many gifts and surprises to their guests. Looking back, I still wonder if this industry is too complicated and there must be such a big investment, but all the staff are so kind. Seeing a smile that comes from the heart and sincerely makes me feel that it is a sense of faith! That is a spirit! ”Legend has it” that Jin Yan will see many Xiamen Airlines stewardesses. Although I have some small expectations, I still know that I haven't seen many good-looking stewardesses in the past ten years. Who would have thought! We recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings. Highly recommended.

We stayed during the dragon boat festival and the hotel has a great location, close to the main attractions. The staff were veery friendly and even though they didn't speak English they went above and beyond what we hoped for. Eason (嘉平) was wonderful and helped us book a tour to see the haka houses, he is a great asset to the hotel. Thank you to everyone and if we come back we will definitely book here again.
