叶挺十一军指挥部旧址，位于老南昌二中里面！！这里也是南昌少有的老建筑之一，在南昌起义发动前，这里也是叶挺部署作战计划和开会的地方。而且这里游客少，清净，！！！

位于南昌美丽东湖之畔的南昌市第二中学创建于1901年，当初借用熊氏"平远山房家塾"为校址，是做历史悠久的学校。邹韬奋、傅抱石、夏征农、童非等都曾就读于此。校园中有座两层砖木结构的"工"字西式楼房，坐北朝南，东侧有一棵粗壮的老樟树，枝叶繁茂。这就是“八一”南昌起义时叶挺率领的第十一军指挥部的旧址。
