Jinchayu Bian District Revolutionary Memorial Hall, located in the village of Chengnanzhuang Town, Muping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. In 1972, in order to remember the great achievements of the old proletarian revolutionaries and educate future generations, the Muping County Party Committee and the county government built the Chengnanzhuang Revolutionary Memorial Hall in the seat of the Jinchayu Military District Command and where Chairman Mao lived and worked, and officially opened it to the public in 1974. In 2005, the building was renamed the "Jinchayu Border District Revolutionary Memorial Hall" on the basis of the Chengnanzhuang Revolutionary Memorial Hall. The Jinchayu Border District Revolutionary Memorial Hall covers an area of 170,000 square meters, of which the construction area is 6520 square meters. The memorial hall is divided into exhibition area, outdoor sculpture area, back mountain site area and ecological leisure area. The building area of the exhibition hall is 2,200 square meters, and the square covers an area of 6,300 square meters. The memorial uses a large number of precious photos, cultural relics, advanced sound, light, electricity, and phantom imaging and other high-tech means to fully show the glorious achievements of the military and civilian Jinchayu in the War of Resistance Against Japan and the War of Liberation.
