Zaozhuang Taierzhuang Canal Wetland Park is the first wetland park in China with canal wetlands as the main wetland. It is mainly composed of river wetlands such as the lower reaches of Taogou River, the lower reaches of the Dasha River flood distribution channel in Yucheng City and the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal section between the two estuaries, which surrounds Taierzhuang City and is a typical river wetland. The total planned area is 2592 hectares. Its nature is positioned on the premise of wetland resources protection and restoration, the Taierzhuang Canal wetland ecosystem and history and culture as the main landscape resources, and the comprehensive wetland park with wetland sightseeing, science education and vacation and leisure as the main content.
