2020年国庆节期间，颖之推介过一家新开的乡村咖啡店：杜岙咖啡。如今一年时间过去了，现在怎么样呢？颖之特地去看看！咖啡店位于宁波市海曙区章水镇杜岙村，美丽的杜岙生态谷。自从2003年动工建设周公宅水库以来，蜜北线改道细北线，从细岭村直至杜岙村的山谷，外人少至。大皎溪在山谷间迂回婉转，溪水清澈，空气清新，风光优美，人少而景美，正是颖之所追爱，至今已经游访12次。上世纪六十年代，国际形势变化，部队进驻细岭村开挖401坑道，后勤粮仓就设在杜岙村的黄泥弄自然村，称为303粮仓。和平年代，401坑道和303粮仓长期闲置，2010年，401坑道改名为401洞天，作为旅游景点对外开放，近年形势再次变化，401洞天于2018年停止对外开放。303粮仓所在的闲置地块，由宁波汇港集团征用，王兆春先生决定在此建设杜岙美术馆。杜岙美术馆，七边形的外观，与周围的绿水青山完美融合，陈列的美术作品，让闲置的粮仓，成为了一个储存“精神食粮”的艺术仓。2016年6月底，杜岙美术馆对外免费开放，独特的造型和优美的自然风光，被誉为全国33个神仙美术馆之一。杜岙村人不姓杜，多姓徐，徐家女儿徐丹玲，大学毕业后，一直在宁波从事咖啡领域的经营管理工作。2020年，徐丹玲萌生了带动家乡人气、助力家乡发展的念头，在杜岙美术馆王兆春先生的支持下，利用原303粮仓的闲置房间，开设了杜岙咖啡店。一年以来，徐丹玲针对游客的喜好，供应的饮品和糕点不断推陈出新，比如生椰系列的生椰拿铁、生椰抹茶，还有新款水牛奶脏咖，都是近期推出的新品。徐丹玲独到的咖啡制作与创意，受到游客的喜欢。杜岙咖啡逐渐成了网红打卡点，很多游客来品尝咖啡后，都会拍张照片发条圈，这也是外出旅游的仪式感。常常有网友给颖之留言，已到颖之推介的杜岙咖啡店打卡，满满的好评！网络名人杨二车娜姆，也曾到杜岙美术馆和咖啡店打卡。徐丹玲平时在城区工作，每周的最后一个工作日后，就赶到杜岙村。杜岙咖啡只在国家规定的公休日，周末和节假日营业，因此徐丹玲每周往返于城区和杜岙村之间。从开业至今一年以来，2021年7月的烟花台风期间，杜岙咖啡停业两天，徐丹玲趁此机会，休息了两天。30余岁的年轻女性，其创业精神，令颖之钦佩！一年之内只休息了两天，如果不是遇上台风，就是全年不休，是不是创下了吉尼斯纪录！杜岙咖啡的人气越来越旺，因此增设了露天咖啡位，天凉时可以在户外晒晒太阳吹吹风。近年来户外活动逐渐多元化，杜岙咖啡因势而为，采用咖啡与露天帐篷相结合，推出了户外咖啡下午茶套餐。两人帐篷、四人帐篷、天幕帐篷等，设施已经准备好。今年国庆节期间，杜岙咖啡一周年，户外帐篷套餐项目将正式推出。喜欢户外休闲的游客，可到杜岙，远离城市喧嚣，享受乡村慢生活。徐丹玲希望，人气兴旺了，可以为村庄的土特产打开出路，市民也可以向村民租一块地，自种蔬菜，开辟开心菜园。通过杜岙美术馆和杜岙咖啡，为振兴乡村打开一条出路，这也是杜岙美术馆王兆春先生和杜岙咖啡徐丹玲的初心！杜岙下游的下严自然村，今年意外走红火爆，曾经冷清落寞的杜岙谷，逐渐成为了乡村旅游热门之地，远近游人，纷至沓来。下严村、杜岙美术馆、杜岙咖啡，文艺而小资的旅行线，就在下严至杜岙的山水之间。
