The server had absolutely no manners and we really felt all night long that he was only trying to build us the highest bill as possible always suggesting us the most expansive things on the menu without asking us any questions about what we like, what we're looking for or anything, he was really just trying to push the products that would give him the highest tip at the end of the night. Think again buddy, it's way too easy to understand what you're trying here, not subtle at all! It took 40 minutes before we could order and we got the appetizer about 30 minutes later and that was not because we asked to take our time...The salmon tartare was great and very well presented. Then the sushis arrived and the server explained which one was what so fast, he was trying to get rid of it, like he explained it in 2 seconds, we were not able to get what he said at all (our first language is french and so is his, so it was not about a language barrier) so we asked him to repeat and he was obviously not happy about it. We had ordered the samurai maki with our sushi plate but it arrived about 20 minutes after we got our sushi plate even though we asked the server to get it at the same time. We were almost done when we finally got it. We only splitted an appetizer and got 6 maki rolls and the meal lasted 2h45 min. The parking is free for 1 hour 30 but no way you'll be done in that time, you'll have to pay the difference. I asked the girls at the reception if it was possible to get another parking ticket since the service had been so long and they refused. Overall, food was good but service is terrible. I recommend ordering sushis for take-out instead of eating there.

In the old Quebec town, this is on the edge of Fangdina Castle. At the request of my wife, I went to a sushi restaurant for dinner. There is only one clerk in the whole store, and he is also cooking and serving cashiers. Fortunately, there are not many customers.

We love Japanese culture and food and when traveling we are always trying to find good Japanese restaurant. Recently a lot of new Japanese restaurants appeared in all Canadian towns, but it is difficult to find really good quality. This restaurant is one where overall quality is one of the best, everything we tasted is fresh and well balanced. Rise is cooked correctly. Presentation of the plates is also very nice. The only weakness is that they are not using Japanese rise. We called well in advance to order takeaway and after 2 hours and 30 minutes it was ready. I briefly looked inside restaurant when waiting for my order, I didn't like a decor - not Japanese and rather worthless(i.e. Buddha statues are Thailand's style !) tables are very close to each other , so no intimacy, and restaurant is very, very noisy, so be aware. The plates are very expensive.

We went there for my birthday, on a Saturday night. 5 of us, with a reservation at 7:30 PM. Well the first time we saw food that evening was at 9:30 PM - we were starving!!! No bread or crackers or anything was offered to us while waiting for our meals. I don't know what the problem is, but this place seems to have a management issue. Not enough staff? I'm not sure, but the experience wasn't pleasant and I'm not about to repeat it. To start with, the 5 of us were offered only one menu from which to make our choices. It made no sense - we kept having to hand it back and forth from one person to the other. We wanted to ask for more, but no one came to see us for a long time. So I eventually got up to go tell one of the waitresses and ask for more menus. She didn't help - she just sent me to ask someone else working at the entrance. Wow, what a service - go fetch your own menu, lady. And then that second person explained that it wasn't a mistake, they usually bring only one menu or else they run out of them. What?! Really, people? Print some more!!! Splurge a little. Anyway, I ended up having the extraordinary chance of being handed 3 extra menus - I almost felt special... The evening went pretty much like that the whole time. We had sushis. They were excellent. Tartare was very good too. But you know the small cups you use to pour soy sauce to eat with your sushis? Well. We had 2. Only. For 5 people. We again had to ask for more. And wait for them - for a long time. The whole waiting experience that kept repeating itself kind of ruined the mood of the evening. One of my friends ordered the tempura chicken. When we all received our plates, he was told there had been a small mistake but his would get there soon. Remember that we had been sitting for 2 hrs already at that time? Well he had to wait for a good other 20 min to finally received his plate. We were already halfway through our meals, gulping our sushis instead of savouring them, since we were so hungry. I'd lik
