Xiaoliancheng, also known as Jiangjun Mountain Fort, is located in Binqiao Township, Longzhou County, 3 kilometers away from Longzhou Township. Its mountain range is long, the highest altitude is 310 meters, covering an area of 14 square kilometers. In the 12th year of Qing Guangxu (1886), it was built for the resistance of French generals and the Guangxi governor and the governor of Su Yuanchun to resist the invasion of the French army, and it was the command center and the governor of the Guiyue Qianli border line. There are 15 forts built on the mountainside, equipped with German Kluber cannon, and the water and land gate of Longzhou is an important defense fortress, known as the "Great Wall of Southern Xinjiang".
