Okuda Review

The style is simple and elegant, just like the original and healthy food here, and the ingredients are exquisite to achieve a balanced taste. Oda Toshi, the owner and chef of OKUDA, opened its first restaurant in Japan in 1999, always maintaining the traditional cooking style. My friend came with me once and then I couldn't clean up and always wanted to come again.

This Okuda is a relatively high-end Japanese restaurant. I ordered a set meal for salmon rice. I also ordered my favorite bird roast and some wine dishes. It was absolutely amazing with sake.

A true Japanese experience. Delicious food freshly prepared, and very traditional but warm service at the counter. Quiet atmosphere, and service paced Japanese style - but that is the point here. Very good value for the quality, good choice of sakes. We will definitely return.

We’ve been to the Ginza location previously and can say that after you walk into Okuda’s doors you forget about the outside world and get immersed in a most personal exquisite dining experience. Kudos to the team that makes this magic possible — 11/10, would recommend!

Okuda is classical japanese cuisine at the very highest level. Easily would deserve a Michelin star for the sheer perfection in cooking, choice of ingredients, ambience and service.

Small bar counter experience, but service and food was excellent! Presentation of the dishes is beautiful and the food quality is high. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys Kaiseki!
