Santa Ana Square is not big, can not be compared with the King's Square. However, there are many coffee shops and Spanish restaurants around the square. If you choose to visit here, you can feel that the locals are very casual in a state of life.

The square is an unusual, plain-dressed place... For adults, it is an ideal place for families adjacent to the cool square, and I will give it. This is probably the best place for families to relax, drink or eat while watching their children, although not too far from the main passageway. Las Verta is near the Anton Martin metro station in Matute (on the outskirts of Atocha). This is a great place to walk and find a cafe. From there, Principe Calle de Principe immediately leads to a square (Plaza de Santa Ana); the square is flanked by the Melia Hotel with a cafe and a small fenced playground. At Titro España. There is a flamenco and Italian restaurant, Tapas and Spain, and even a Hawaiian bar. Santa Ana Plaza (Plaza de Santa Ana) leads to Hipster Little Plaza del Angel, from Metropolitan Paracio Hot Springs (Metropolitan Palacio Spa) to Ginger Restaurant (Ginger Restaurant). In the middle is the bustling Jacinta Benavente square, where motorcycles and rented bicycles are parked, facing the crowded Calle Atocha end of Teatro Calderon (west side story). There is little food except fast food (fried or subway), snacks, jams and Chinese food next to bookstores. In the evening, when people come out to show off their stuff, the better cars come out: We eat on Principe Street outside Santa Ana, which is quieter than the square, and then we take a walk and buy Galatos (paid with Visa card) in Benavient Square. It was nice to see the family playing outside of Troespana until 9pm before the evening performance, it was quiet there. If I sat on the crowded Angel Square terrace I would put my bag on, otherwise the place would feel safe and vibrant. It’s better than Juango Itisolo at the other end of the carleatocha, the carleatocha square is darker and cheaper...so it attracts skateboarders and dog owners at night. If you're looking for a central place to relax, Santa Ana Square is a nice balance that's neither too chic nor charming.

Santa Ana Square (Plaza de Santa Ana): There are mainly Teatro Español, statues of famous Spanish playwright Calderon, and statues of poet and playwright Garcia • Lorca. Calderon (Calderon de la Barca): 1600-1681, famous dramas such as "Life is a Dream" "The Mayor of Zalamaya" "The Recluse Lady" "The Faithful Prince". Garcia • Lorca (Garcia Lorca, Federico): From 1898 to 1936, the famous poems included "Gypsy ballads" "Deep Songs" "New York", the play "Blood Marriage" "Yelma" "Bernada" "Home of Alva", and were killed by fascists after the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War. The statues on the square are very meaningful to fly the peace doves from their hands. Santa Ana is one of Madrid's must-see attractions.
