Mate Island, 3 km west of Helsinki city center, is located in the center of the lake, connected to the land by a white wooden bridge. The island is lush with green grass and pleasant scenery. We have a walkway along the lake and it is a very good oxygen bar. There were wild ducks by the lake, beautiful pigeons walking around the crowd, and we saw little squirrels, cleverly and unsuspectingly, bouncing around the forest.

Beautiful scenery, good environment, worth a visit.

Squirrel Island, located 3 km west of Helsinki city center, is both an open-air Finnish folk museum and a leisure resort. There is a Companion Island open-air museum on the island, a small craft workshop with traditional features, old-fashioned wedding performances, various folk games and competitions. During the Midsummer Festival, residents of Helsinki celebrate the arrival of the longest day of the year by setting fires on the island's beaches.

Mate Island is also the local favorite place to take wedding photos, because Finland is not big, so there are not many places to take wedding photos, it is good to have a honeymoon here, and the small houses here are relatively small and fresh.
