"This was the best hotel of our entire trip to Australia! The room was really spacious with high ceilings, making for a very comfortable stay. The water pressure in the bathroom and shower was excellent, so showering and washing up were a breeze. The hotel's location is superb; just behind it is George Street, which is Sydney's CBD, making it super convenient for shopping, getting groceries, and catching a train. You can also walk to Circular Quay, which is incredibly handy for catching a ferry to Taronga Zoo, Rose Bay, and Watson's Bay. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Sydney, making it incredibly convenient to get around. You're just steps away from light rail, train, and bus stops. Plus, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and brand-name stores nearby, so dining and shopping are a breeze. The hotel has a charming, retro vibe with a prominent clock tower. During breakfast, you can even look up and see the clock tower through the glass ceiling – a lovely touch! What I loved most was how spacious and bright the room was. Although it's simple, the design is very thoughtful and practical. The bathroom had hooks for bathrobes and a rod for hanging face towels (something most hotels lack!), a bathtub, and a full-wall mirror above the vanity. The wet and dry areas were separate, which is great. Outside the bathroom is a walk-in closet with a row of wardrobes, all with full-length mirrored doors. The hotel also provides ironing facilities, complimentary toiletries, slippers, and bottled water. All this comes at a really reasonable price, offering excellent value for money. The breakfast was decent too. There was a slight hiccup though: for two mornings in a row, there was drilling noise that woke my daughter up. After I brought it to the hotel's attention, they immediately moved us to the 30th floor. Overall, the service was very attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sydney."

"This hostel is really good because the location is very strategic, and there are lockers available to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. The facilities are also complete, including air conditioning, a hair dryer, a kettle, and more. The only downside is that there is only one toilet and one shower available and there is no mirror in the room"

"I had a very satisfying experience! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, with incredibly convenient transportation. It's close to both bus stops and the nearby train station, making it super easy to get to Sydney city center or other attractions. What I loved most was the array of amenities downstairs – all sorts of restaurants and snacks, so you never have to worry about meals. There are tons of dining options, and the area has a lively vibe. The room was also very comfortable, clean, and tidy. Overall, my stay was worry-free and pleasant; all my dining and transportation needs were covered, and it offered great value for money. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting North Sydney!"

"We stayed in Room 323, just next to gym and pool room. Was worried with noise as We stayed from Wednesday night till Sunday morning check out. My worries were unfounded. Had a pleasant 4 night stay. Living room was spacious and equipped with a clean kitchen and dining table. Washing machine and dryer are separate and hidden behind door. Useful! Bedroom has a king bed, spacious and comfortable. Aircon control in bedroom is separate. Best location of hotel as surrounded with lots of eateries. We highly recommend Malaysian restaurant selling delicious chicken rice and sambal kangkong! Another shop is Into Laksa. Delicious and reasonably priced. Woolsworth supermarket is just a short walk away!! Meriton Mascot is considered an airport hotel as it’s near airport and just 2 stops to city, circular quay stop. I used the super bus shuttle via klook. Convenient hotel drop off and pick up. Only passengers. No need worry uber driver complained too many luggage. Meriton is kind to load long umbrellas on raining days. Just remember to return after each day use and borrow again the following day. Otherwise you may be charged AUD50 for not returning. They do ask your room number."

"Very kind people at the service desk, mattrass is fine but if you're on the top bunk going down is not always the easiest/most comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. It would've been nice if the sink had an extra shelf above it to place toiletries, but other than that storage space in the room itself is fine. Even though there was a party going on downstairs, I didnt really hear anything in my room on the 2nd floor"
